CDB - are you claiming 2 or 4 pounds for the first weigh in?Must use my stash up!0 -
Sorry everyone but its an STS for me this week. No excuses, just not done as well as I should.0

Sorry I'm late with my weigh in - for some reason I'd got it into my head that weigh in day was Saturday:embarasse
I've somehow managed to lose 1lb this week - it's been a real struggle and I need to up the exercise next week; it's been too awful weather wise for me to drag myself outside for a walk, but no more excuses from now on!
Good luck everyone for the coming week
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - any day really is okay provided you always say that it is your weigh in!Must use my stash up!0 -

Hi there
3 pounds off for me - woohoo - happy, happy happy!
well done everyone this week - some great losses there!Sealed Pot no 20110 -
I have lost 1.3 kg this week but using my wifi scales and app to monitor my weight. The thing that seems to have worked for me over the months and has been smaller portions and trying to avoid the treats, biscuits are really bad for me. Though I might make my own soon so allowing me to use my "If I can make it I do not buy it" rule. It's really easy to default to cynicism these days, since you are almost always certain to be right.0

Wow - that's awe inspiring - over 5 stone in 1 week! Well done everyone :T Don't be upset about STS's, some weeks they happen - like others say, it can just be water retention, time of day and I know some people who gain nearly half a stone around that time of the month too (sorry if it's too much info!)
I have been reading a book about healing foods, and it inspired me to make a trip to the health food shop for some skin-helping seeds (long story, wits-end, willing to try anything!) Well the queue conveniently passes all the weight loss products, and I found a bottle of metobolism speeder-uppers magically made their way into my basket
I got the ingredients for a rather lovely carrot and ginger soup though, yummy stuff!0
