    Thank you Knit Witch!

Sparrer a sts is not necessarily a failure or a loss of fat, sometimes water retention or even not having been to the toilet can make a difference, or the fact that you might be going a time of stalling, it happens to all of us! Next week you will have another loss probably xx

Today was a bit of a cakey day, so am not bothered about posting what I ate. Tomorrow is going to be a very lean day to make up for the cake of today!
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

Hi all, today I have eaten:

    B.....sandwich, white bread chicken, salami and lettuce, tea;

D.....slowroast lamb, fried onion, swede, mashed potato, slice Christmas cake with ice cream.

    Sn......lots of water

Weighing in the morning....do not expect any reduction from last Saturday's 91kg!

    Good luck everybody

Hi everyone. Just a quick call by to report I've lost 1lb. Not earth moving, but a step in the right direction.

Just trying to ignore the shortbread tin as I swear I can hear it calling to me :(

Well done to everyone so far.

    1.5 lbs for me.

Sparrer - so sorry to hear about your furry friend x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Sorry I'm late with my weigh in - for some reason I'd got it into my head that weigh in day was Saturday:embarasse
I've somehow managed to lose 1lb this week - it's been a real struggle and I need to up the exercise next week; it's been too awful weather wise for me to drag myself outside for a walk, but no more excuses from now on!
Good luck everyone for the coming week :)

    I have STS this week.

My excuse (yes, I have an excuse, I'm not such a good person as Sparrer :D) is that I've been dieting for a year now, and it comes off slowly!
I tried to stick to dieting right through the holidays, and there were only 2 days in the last month when I went over maintenance calories, I'm averaging between 1300 - 1400 a day, but I find I don't lose until I drop to about 1200.

So I'm the same weight as I was on Christmas Eve.
That serves me right for opening the box of chocs, I should have thrown them away earlier!

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?
