just weighed myself and am -2 today. Really pleased. I've not cut anything out but have eaten from a smaller plate and tried very hard to eat only when hungry. Hope I can have a good week next week too.
  • Morning all

    Yaaaay
  • 1lb loss for me this week please.

Quite pleased with that as it's not been the main focus this week. Will up the exercise next week and watch those portions. Will really work on passing up post-dinner nibbles whilst watching telly.

Awww forgot it is weigh-in day and already drank a big cup of tea! Never mind, will just have to take it into account. Ok, here goes: 83.6 Kg which is a only slight loss but takes me back to pre-Christmas weight, so I can't complain.

    13st 2.3 lbs

    Meaning I lost 700 g/ 1lb 9(ish) oz
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

You can open the fridge door and sniff
You can make it two calories by running up and down stairs a couple of times, then you can sniff the fruit bowl as well
Or, delight of delights, you can suck a boiled sweet. Only once though, then you have to spit it out ;)

One suck, and then you have to spit it out :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • Weigh in this morning a loss of 1lb going to have to motivate myself for some more exercise over the coming weeks if I want to see better results but struggling to get my behind of the sofa in the evenings after work. Any suggestions on how I can sneak little exercise sessions in throughout the day? I may have to blow the dust off my step-up block something I can do while watching the telly!

    Hello!

2 pounds lost when I stood on the scale this morning!

Delighted, because I started the week with a bad head cold and therefore unable to go to the gym. But managed Body Balance on Tuesday and Body Combat last night and am all geared up for Body Attack after work tonight and possibly pump in the morning.

I'm taking advantage of the lack of nights out/dinners out January has to offer and have a really quiet weekend planned. Just taking advantage of the gym and gonna go to the cinema tomorrow night and maybe a long walk with OH on Sunday and having a nice rest...bliss!

My challenge next week will be to lose more weight and not just sts or put 1 or 2 on, as I have been hovering around the 11 st mark for quite some time. I really want to start moving things down towards the 10 st mark! Hoping my 40 days crisp free challenge will help!

    Good luck all!

  • Muddles, how are you getting on with your portion plate? Is it the Diet Plate? I've been in two minds for a while about purchasing. Thanks.
