I weighed myself this morning, and have lost 3lbs this week. About what I expected, as it has been my first week back at normal eating.
Have had a fairly helthy week, and I'm still feeling pretty motivated. Will go for a nice long walk this Saturday, and then I'll join the gym next week.0 -
I am actually nervous about tomorrow's weigh in! I've got alot to lose in 2014, ideally most of it gone by summer so I dare to wear a bikini for the first time ever, but also because I don't want to be so overweight when we start trying for a second baby in Autumn. I've been reasonably good and managed to survive food shopping, b&m and lunch in a cafe today.Married 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

Okay, according to my calculations, I have one calorie left today.
What can I eat that has one calorie? :rotfl:
You can open the fridge door and sniff
You can make it two calories by running up and down stairs a couple of times, then you can sniff the fruit bowl as well
Or, delight of delights, you can suck a boiled sweet. Only once though, then you have to spit it out0 -

I must add when I said beans on toast I should have made it clear I had 3 slices of toast!:)0 -

Weighed in this morning and I have lost 3lbs. This includes the couple of pounds I lost in the few days before the challenge started.
Not been a great week for exercise but I now have the wii set up so will try and use it 4 times a week.0 -

Hi all,
I've just weighed in and I am -1 this week
Not too disappointed as I should really start doing some exercise if I want decent results...I just find it very hard to get motivated with the weather being so awful recently, plus it's always dark when I'm at home so just want to crawl under a blanket!
Hope everyone else sees results this week too x0 -
Just weighed myself and chuffed to bits to have lost 2 lbs :j. I have also lost an inch round my middle so I feel really good. As the week went on I began to feel more positive and energetic. Earlier on I had Christmas food left and I was recovering from a chest infection. My portion plate came a couple of days ago and that has been an eye opener  I am trying to chew my food more times and also I take the fairy liquid to the table so that when I am starting to feel that full feeling I squirt it on my food so I am not tempted to go back to finish it.
Two things I want to start addressing next is to drink a little more water. I would be happy with between 3-4 glasses a day. Any more and it makes my stomach uncomfortable. Also I gave up sweetners 3 months ago after 30 odd years. I only have 4 hot drinks in the day and just over half a teaspoon of sugar in each one but seem to find it hard reducing it even gradually so must try harder with that. Overall I am very pleased with my first week.0
