Flamingo, don't binge. If you do you'll still have your money worries AND you'll feel horrible with yourself for binging.
Sort the bloke out with the fish tank, put it behind you and feel better with a good, nutritious food choice.0 -
LisaJane, how blooming annoying for you. Good for you for turning it around with the crisp threat.0

Thank you! I cried all last night because I was so angry with myself about it. But OH was so nice about it. He said there are literally millions of worse things that could happen! And I know he is right. So I'm just gonna treat it as a learning experience and try and take some more positives out of it by using it as an excuse not to eat crisps!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

Okay, according to my calculations, I have one calorie left today.
What can I eat that has one calorie? :rotfl:
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
I have enjoyed my food today. MFP tells me to eat 1200 cals a day but I feel hungry on that and feel better on somewhere between 1350 and 1500.
B porridge with stewed apple and cinnamon
L HM broccoli and Stilton soup with toast, orange
D toad in the hole, roast squash, carrots, cabbage, gravy
S biscotti, marmite rice crackers and philly, couple of walnuts
E not a lot. Will get some walking in tonight.
Onwards and downwards. Good luck to everyone weighing in tomorrow.0 -
I use MyNetDiary and I set it to 1500 calories and I lose at whatever rate that produces. I know from experience that, for me, trying to stay below 1500 calories will only work for a very short amount of time and then I'll boomerang back to eating crud and end up worse off than when I started.
1500 calories lets me have enough treats that I don't feel hard done by and quite often I come in under as I don't feel that I have to eat every calorie.Piglet

don't know how many calories I'm eating, I find if I start trying to keep track I become obsessed with food and make myself hungry!
Today was
B porridge made with half milk half water
L HM soup one piece dry wholemeal bread
T Beans on toast with a tiny sprinkling of cheese - cheap and cheerful and my absolute favourite!
Not had any snacks but may have an apple later. Going to weigh in tomorrow0 -
Islandhoppa, I reckon that's probably under 800 calories you've had which would have me running for the biscuit tin :rotfl:
We're all different but what I've found is that I can keep up a very low calorie count for a couple of weeks but it isn't sustainable for me over a period of time.
I find having a decent calorie amount means that I don't get obsessed because I can have what I want, I just have to make the calories balance.
If I want to drink at the weekend I have to force my butt off the sofa to burn off some calories!Piglet
