Good Morning all, well done everyone on your progress
today so far I have had
B: porridge made with water and a splash of skimmed milk round the edge and a sprinkle of salt on top
L: I'm not too sure yet as I have a £10.00 voucher that must be used up today so I am going to treat myself to a meal in my local Beefeater.
Dinner : again depends on what I have for lunch ,probaly will be crackerbread and cucumber and sliced tomato as I will have had a meal at lunchtime.
I don't normally eat out midweek (or any other times apart from high days and holiday :):)) but I want to use up my voucher rather than waste it :):) so a freebie lunch sounds ok to me :):)
I'll let you know what I got for my tenner :):)

  • Enough is enough I weighed myself last week and came in at a staggering 11st 7lbs. I'm only 5ft and my GP says I need to be around 8st - 8st 7lbs for a healthy weight.
I had already started before I stumbled across this thread and would like to join this challenge for some support in the months that come. I think 14lbs should be achievable.

So far today I have had

B: Porridge w/ss milk and 2tbsps sugar and a coffee
L: 2 slices white toast with butter and Beans
S: third of a fresh pineapple and a fennel tea
D: Chinese Fakeaway (Chicken Chow Mein, Chinese Chicken Balls and Egg Fried Rice)

    my vows are
    * swap all my work day coffees for herbal teas (we have a coffee vending machine and I can't track the hidden nasties so easier to avoid)
    * drinking at least 2ltrs of water or sugar free squash a day.
    * I tend to eat too big portions so will definitely reduce these maybe by using a smaller plate as I find it extremely difficult not to empty the plate no matter how much food has been put on it.
*Also make healthier fakeaways rather than get takeaways
    *Eat more fruit and vegetables
    * Using MyFitnessPal keep around 1200 - 1400kcals
That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!
