The hardest time of the day?
Right now, when DS makes himself hot buttered toast for supper, and the smell wafts all round the house :rotfl:

I've been busy cleaning and tidying the house today, wearing my heart rate monitor, and burned over 1200 calories! Back to work tomorrow and I'm working upstairs, away from the naughty cupboard, so hopefully no temptations, lol!

    Today I have eaten:-

B special k oats and honey with semi skimmed milk
L oxtail soup with 2 slices of tiger bread
D sausage, cheese and bean melt with chips and beans
S 7 chocolate coins, choc flake, choc cereal bar (I know, really bad, lol!)

I've also had 4 cups of coffee, a latte made with semi skimmed milk, a glass of diet coke, 2 cups of tea and six glasses of water.
    Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

  • Had my fast day today, not too bad.
    L 1 apple
D stir fry vegetables, salmon, sweet chilli sauce
    S 2 satsumas & 3 raw cauliflower florets
    Black coffee

    B: nutrigrain breakfast biscuits

Muddles, don't you feel hungry with so little? Tell me to mind my own business, but we are all here for support:). With all that exercise, I would eat more a bit more protein:)

  • Hi everyone

Wouldn't say I've jumped in with both feet but I guess I've dipped my toes in lol. I've got breakfast sorted, and I'm trying with lunch and dinner but I've not managed to do any decent cooking since the festivities ended so we're sort of scratching around the kitchen at the moment, plus picking on the left over chocolates

Hoping to see a result, however small, on the scale this week, but tbh a sts would be a result in itself! I'm determined not to get hung up on weight loss this year, just make good food choices and stop obsessing, which I think does more harm than good!

Woke up this morning feeling lousy...not ill, just bleurgh after eating rubbish yesterday, that's what happens when you eat chocs in the evening :o

So today I'm determined to eat sensibly, and get back into my good habits. The only xmas stuff left are DS1s chocs, which I can't eat because they're not mine, and a lot of shortbread, which doesn't tempt me at all, (and I think DS2s puppy may have licked it...left alone for 2 minutes, and she had it off the worktop and the tin open on the floor!)

I need to eat my way through the freezer now, so that may dictate meals a bit.
