I had a naughty day as I ate 3 chocolates at work, 2 biscuits as well as my homemade soup, fresh pineapple and yogurt. Also had biscuits, nuts and Xmas choccies at home, grrrrrr
I must now be good over the weekend. The great thing is as I have joined the frugal challenge as well I don't want to go out and buy anything much. When I went to the shop tonight I put some Xmas chocs in my trolley but took them out before I got to the checkout. I have 2 tins full of sweets so why do I feel the urge to buy more?
I walked to singing tonight so have had a little exercise today.

You could count it in the first weigh in so you have a good first week loss! I weighed in on the 1st of January and that is the weight I am taking for my starting point (and I have lost a couple of pounds by today :j)Must use my stash up!0 -

Wow, what a list! Would be amazing if we could all stick to our guns and beat last year's total. Good luck everyone
B - slept through it
D - chicken casserole with noodles. Plums with rf Greek yogurt
T - crackerbread with rf cheese, peanut butter, scrape marmalade
S - handful mixed nuts, satsuma, apple
So far we're very fortunate here with rain off and on even though we're on a flood plain, Fingers crossed it won't get worse. Hope everyone stays safe and dry0 -
