Friday normally - but I will take a Monday weigh in (some people weigh on a Saturday etc), I normally post the lists on a Saturday and Sunday but sometimes into Monday so that would be fine.Must use my stash up!0 -

As well as being easier, it also often gets you a better result
I used to weigh on a Monday, but as Saturday and/or Sunday were the days I was most likely to overeat a bit, I would often be a pound up on the Monday.
I know it doesn't matter in the long term, but I'm much happier weighing on a Friday, it gives me a boost after being good all week
and yes, today/tomorrow is starting weight...off to fill in my diary!
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

That's the one! As I say though you don't have to tell anyone on here your starting weight - just each week let us know your loss (or gain!)Must use my stash up!0 -
I'm not too fussed about sharing the number, though it's still loads over what I want, I already reduced it by 32lbs in 2013, so it's been much worse!Married 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

A good day so far.
B muesli and Greek yogurt
L frittata
D soba noodles, wasabi, veg and salmon.
Snacks - piece of biscotti left from Xmas and a couple of satsumas.
Exercise - trip to gym.
I am set up on MyfitnessPal so here goes for the next 12 weeks. My problem is all the gorgeous Christmas stuff still hanging around. I am planning to allow myself a treat on each day I do exercise but keep within the MFP calorie allowance. How are you managing the leftovers?0 -
Can I join too?
I am aiming for 28 lbs in the twelve weeks! I've got more to lose but that would be a really good start!
