Morning All
The scales did waiver a bit this morning on a ½lb loss but settled on a ¼ so it’s a STS for me too.
I’m liking the look of @ldi’s super 6 this week, although I do still have some parsnips & sprouts in the fridge – good job I love them and don’t suffer any adverse effects from eating loadsJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £0 -
Joining you all in the STS camp! but as I am still on the steroids I am happy with that!:oMust use my stash up!0

Well done, first pound declared this week!
No sunny day here (except on the inside, I'm surprisingly contented these days)...it's wild, wet and windy
need to tie the hair back tight before I go out!

Wow haven't we all done well over the past 12 weeks Well done everyone and a big pat on the back to Knit Witch for all her hard work keeping up with us all.Now chums I know Christmas is just a week or so away, but we are going to be sensible aren't we ? and not chuck all the hard work out of the window with the baby's bath water as my old Mum used to say
:)
OK its Christmas and we won't be eating as we normally would ,but its also a day when we think of how well we have done, and what we have achieved. So eat a little of what you fancy to be sociable, but try to walk it off if you can, and think of how splendid you will all feel in January when you find that maybe you have either lost 1/2 lb or STS.Even if you only put a little bit on its not a hanging offence, but climb back on the wagon again, and off we go, getting rid of the bulk thats sitting on our tums and bums.
Have a sausage roll by all means but not 4 of them:)
Have a very Happy Christmas to you all and a happy and slimmer New Year as well
Cheers chums JackieO xxx0 -
Good job I weighed in yesterday as DH and I went to my works party last night. It was at a really nice restaurant in town and we had a delicious 3 course meal and a glass or two of wine. I decided that I was going to enjoy it and not feel guilty. So trying to get back on track again today and eat sensibly again.0
