-7lb for me please.
Most of those pounds lost are due to a stomach bug and not being able to eat. I feel a little better today and kept some water down this morning so I'lll probably put a bit back on when I can eat normally again.
Hope everyone has a great week and good luck with the weigh ins x0 -
Morning everyone, another fine frosty morning here, hope it's nice where you are too
I have lost 1 lb this week.
I've got a busy few days coming up but looking forward to reading all your losses on Monday
Mrs Christmas...if you read the whole thread I think it'll take you until the new year, it's very long :rotfl:
officeguru...I've set many thousands of coal fires over the years, but I can't quite picture how you tie the chicken up...any chance you could take a picture and post it? I'd love to know how it works
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
An STS today, confirmed by gp surgery where I was weighed. I insisted on taking my boots off first!
B - spicy fruity porridge with yogurt
L - curried parsnip soup, hm wm bread. Pear
D - cottage pie with lots of veg added and sliced rather than mashed potato on top - so not really cottage pie at all! Apple
S - carrot batons, stick of celery
E - clearing leaves, weeding. Can't understand why weeds grow at this time of year but very little else does. Bathroom
Have a sunny day, wrap up and keep warm0 -

9 st 8.19 lbs :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:):):):):):):):)Must use my stash up!0 -
sts again but I don't mind. One thing I've noticed over the last couple of weeks is that instead of losing a pound, gaining two pounds, losing them again and ending up with sts I have been staying stable all week long. That must be better for me I suppose and less upsetting than when I put back on weight I thought I had lost! I'd still like to lose a couple more pounds but if this is it, and I can maintain it while eating "normally" then I'll be OK with it.
Well done to everyone0 -
Morning all <knee's bend>
Weighed myself on my own scales this morning, wish I'd waited and not trusted GP's scales as mine make me 1lb lighter - not going to list it though as already given my result for the week. Bah humbug!
Got up early because it's Saturday and I could have a lie-in. Typical. But it had its advantages, already done some ironing, washed the skirting board, window frames and light/plug switch plates, now looking forward to a good -
B of spicy fruity porridge with chopped (slightly going over) banana and Greek yogurt
L & D tba.
Have a sunny Saturday, stay well/keep well/get well0 -

Hi Ellie
Just Youtube 'chicken on a string' and you'll see it being done.. lol It does work... There are several videos of it so pick the one that appeals..
I hope everyone has a lovely weekend!0 -
I've had a really bad week this wek so I'm not going to weigh in as I know that I've gained. So I'm going to leave it until next week and hope for a loss.
Really struggling at the moment0
