Well......yet another STS. I am trying, and I haven't touched a biscuit all week! I think I really need to fit in some exercise and maybe that will help :)

Well done all the losers, especially Molly :T

Jackie - hope you're still not in pain from your tooth extraction. At least it's over now.

    Thanks so much KW

I think I have been up and down in that time but am still about right I think! Have lost 17 lb since joining ww but think I joined a couple of weeks before this last challange started as have been there for 8 weeks.

Promise to stay on the straight and narrow from now on and post often.

    Everyone is doing so well:T

Been a bad week here. Skipping weigh in this week (was not at home yesterday morning and this morning I forgot about it until it was too late). Will weigh in next week.

    Finding it a real slog.
  • A disappointing STS for me this week.
  • Hi folks, sorry I’ve been missing for a bit. Being Ms Independent I ploughed on solo moving heavy/large furniture last week in prep of new carpet being laid and knackered my elbows – so haven’t been able to do very much even using the computer mouse aggravates it.

Anyway I’m pleased to report that I have had a 1lb loss this week – more to do with the problem of lifting the food from plate to mouth than sensible eating :rotfl:

Unfortunately I have to put off wallpapering or returning the rooms to their normal order for a bit, but luckily I managed to pick up a nice fabric remnant that will make a perfect roman blind for my bathroom, so will crack on with a bit of sewing today.
