I weighed myself yesterday before having one final blow-out (had agreed to this event ages ago), and I'm just 2lbs shy of my pre-SW weight of 2 years ago.
The diet starts today with tracking down a healthy hangover food...
I have forgotten a little bit how you guys operate, was it how much you wanted to lose in a month or overall? I would ideally like to lose 5 lbs in November, my interim goal is 9lbs0 -
I think i might invest in some scales next week (pay day), that way i'll be able to keep an eye on what i weigh.0

I'm just back from my holiday in Portugal where I ate and drank everything in sight :eek:
Had a great time though and did loads of walking....not enough to counteract what I ate and drank I may add.

I have to confess that I've done really badly this week.
I upped my daily calorie allowance by 100 calories, but then went over that amount most days, and the only exercise I've had was a bit of walking and a couple of short sessions on my exercise bike, so I've put on +2lbs this week! :mad:
I'm going back to 1200 calories from tomorrow, as although the weight has been coming off slowly, at least it was coming off, lol, and I will also step up the exercise, as I want to at least lose the amount I've committed to for this challenge, especially as I know I will put on at least a few pounds over Christmas!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

WelcomeYou can post as often or as little as you like, whatever helps you along. You don't need to post at all if you don't want to but it's always nice to read how everyone else is getting on. Some people like to list what they have eaten, others (like me) tend to just post their losses (or gains
) and then comment on things that particularly take their attention.
