Well.... finally sorted the last of my clothes stash, and found another 14 items that can go. Friend came round this evening and took about 8 of them, the rest will go to charity shop on Friday.
So today...
68. 14 items of clothing (charity shop)
69. Big nylon holdall that all the clothes are in (charity shop)
70. Various bits of baby cutlery that was used for the grandkids (SureStart at library)
71. Can opener that didn't open cans - bin
72. 2 birthday cards to friends
73. 1 book lent by friend returned to her as I haven't had/got time to read it (Shades of Grey, no less!)
74. Glass punch set given to sister in law yesterday; given to us by hubby's aunt but we didn't want it so we've bequeathed it to her!
Still finding the odd few bits to dispose of. I still have my list of 'things to get rid of' and am working my way through it. I will get a decluttered home......Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

Well Done Everyone and Welcome to new Declutterers!
Since my last post I've had uplifted a huge cupboard and CD rack. I also took some shelves, blinds and another CD rack to local furniture initiative - and received some free courgettes from their allotment as thanks, wasn't that nice?
At FILs I had a bit of a flip when I went up and he was sitting watching ANOTHER cowboy film and hadn't shifted a single thing since I was last there - argh!!!!
So I phoned my sister and we blitzed one of the [STRIKE]storerooms[/STRIKE] bedrooms taking two carloads to the tip and one to the cs. He was sent on an 'errand'which bought us an hour to chuck stuff.
Now that I'm in full decluttering mode I am thinking twice whenever I think I 'need' or are about to buy something. Have others noticed themselves doing this too?

Items 53 + 54 - an old friend who moved away has started a dressmaking course and wants one of the two industrial sewing machines in our loft, or possibly both to cobble together to get one decent one. She lives a long away now and has only just learned to drive, so we may be up for a weekend jaunt to see her new place which sounds like a lovely little cottage."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000

Going to try and make some progress in the lounge (Office), its looking much better but i think i can do better than thatSo that is my aim today! Anything i dont get round to sorting out will go in a basket on my desk to look at tomorrow (Got kids to entertain too so might take a while!)

Hi x
Not had chance to read through yet - just found this post, I had a massive clearout at the begining of the year due to being pregnant, I am now reaping the rewards by ebaying and carbooting the items i sorted before baby was bornI have done 2 car boots, selling majority of items cheaply as i dont want to keep bringing them home! Made £188 off those and currently have 17 items listed on ebay sold 15 last week and have quite a few other things to go on and still plenty of decluttering to do before baby starts crawling!
