Thanks Bonnie, it is a HUGE figure and has surprised me no end as I honestly thought i was going to struggle to find even 100 things. Just goes to show how much we have that we actually DON'T need.
We are hoping to be moving some time soon so this decluttering is purposeful as I have no intention of paying to move clutter!
Am just going to move all my soap making stuff so will have an almost clear shelf to start August with. Hang on.......this could get addictive!!!:rotfl:Saving 1 animal wont change the world - but it will change the world for that 1 animal

August will see a continuation of decluttering, probably wont be 449 things though:rotfl:although we might get around to doing the garage which means I can add a nought to that figure:eek:
I'm with you on the garage thing. I have put it in the diary to do on Thursday. Must do it before Saturday as I may be needing to use it to house a friend's guinea pigs while they are on holiday. At the moment it resembles something akin to that cluttered house on Channel 4...
I also need to have a good tidy and clean of the house. Am currently resting having done the bathroom (easiest room!) and started the kitchen. Going to finish that before the diving at 3pm. Nothing to chuck yet. That comes when I tackle the bedroom and office.....
Haven't done the 100 in a month thing since March. Reckon it'll help me focus better, so here's to starting the chuck-out tomorrow!:rotfl:0 -
Said I would be back and post my total for July. TBH have lost track a bit but here goes:
25 Eb8y sales
15 items f**gle
12 bin bags of utter rubbish - giving each of these a value of 10
1 office chair - broken and put in wheelie
1 small table surplus to requirements- broken up and will be fed into log burner this winter
83 items or clothing and shoes to cash4 clothes
7 computer bits to recycling centre
12 bin liners full of stuff to 3 different charity shops - was too embarrased to keep going to the same one - clothes books bits and pieces and counting each bag as a 10
120 items put aside for NCT NNS sale in September - what doesnt sell will go straight to CS so I am counting them as gone:)
All my copies of BBC G**d F**d magazine - I had every copy since it was published way back in the 80's:eek:Made interesting historical reading though:) Counting that lot as 100- went to kerbside recyclingBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

I thought I'd pop by to say hello and see how you're all getting on and more importantly to give me the kick up the backside I need.
I've earmarked a couple of hours tomorrow to get on with my decluttering after reading all your posts, thank you it's just the sort of inspiration I needed.0 -

Oh he is SUCH a beginner:rotfl: My garage would make his house look tidy:eek: We are envisaging at least two transit vans full just to the dump, then there are approx twenty "Tesco" type crates to sort through, along with around twenty cardboard boxes, suitcases, checked bags etc etc.Saving 1 animal wont change the world - but it will change the world for that 1 animal
