    Hello all

    Just a little done today:
63-65) OH sports things that are too small but in good nick - charity
66-76) Combo of OH sport things that are in awful nick and worn out socks of mine/2 bras - recycling

Re: drugs, I personally would just take everything to a chemist to dispose of properly - I don't know of any charity who would take them. Paracetamol etc are cheap, which is a good reason not to hoard them or go to effort of passing them on. Some may disagree with me, but I think decluttering takes so much time and energy the small things need to slip.

I know:eek: Wasn't he naughty! And didnt really sound remorseful at all! Bet those boards aren't used again;) Lots of publicity for n!ke though:rotfl::rotfl:

Been concentrating on the 'big tidy' more than anything then this afternoon the sun was glorious so set to in the garden which has taken a battering these last couple of weeks - garden path found again and 1 lawn mowed and a load of summer bedding planted up in pots - not going to count all the weeds and stuff put in council compost wheelie cos its 'ongoing' - I only really count hard core clutter - the stuff we really do not need any more and cant remember why we kept it!

2 items sold on Eb*y though so that brings me up to..........cant remember.......... will alter signature with new figure:)

Hoped to do a bit more but feeling a bit :( today. My dad died 3 years ago on father's day, and heard today my uncle, who is only 50, is very unwell in hospital 100's of miles away and is not expected to make it. Already lost my grandad this year, and OH was nearly made redundant (luckily got another job just in time), so just wondering what else the year has to throw my way :(

Ooooh Snappy that a lot to be dealing with - a virtual hug your way:A

One trip with only half a car load to the tip and one box of glasses and cups to the CS. Removals are booked and the actual price was only £30 over the original quote so very happy with that. I'm sure that decluttering to the max has helped save money on the move.

eta: Have had a bath, poured a glass of chardonnay and have roast dinner in the oven. It's a local airshow tomorrow so we're chilling for the rest of the weekend now. Bliss!
Have spent all day doing normal stuff. Almost forgot what normal families spend the weekend doing. :D

So much for my plans to declutter the kitchen cupboards...... went to mum and dad's for Father's Day, then daughter, son in law and granddaughter came. (We babysit her overnight and all day tomorrow). So no chance really of getting stuck in. Did manage to go through a couple of box files though whilst looking for the deeds to the house; sorted out loads of paperwork that will be shredded.

    So today's haul:

    1. 1 mug with a chip in it
    2. Loads of paperwork and magazines from child sponsorship 16 years ago
    3. Father's Day card and presents to Dad
    4. Get well card to friend
    5. Baptism certificate to daughter
Have got an empty box file now, but will probably use it somewhere else so won't count that.

Not a lot of time this weekend due to family commitments for Father's Day but have managed to jettison the following to keep on track:
41 Cable from old Sky box - bin
42 Half pack of nuts from Xmas - bird table
43/44 2 items sold and packaged ready for posting on Monday
45 Pile of hangers to friend who runs an ironing service
46 Butterfly mobile - to GD
47/49 3 birthday cards from stash used
    50 Old mop - bin
51/54 children's clothing left here as spare by grandchildren - now too small for even the youngest - into charity bag
55 Pair of shoes - charity bag
56 Xmas gift shower gel - to GS

So my latest total is 56/139

Also managed to list a few more items for sale

I was tempted to add the various bottles of wine, beer etc which have been "decluttered" over the weekend but as they will be replaced next time I go shopping I decided they don't really count against my target :D

Have enjoyed reading about all your successes - thanks for the inspiration

Another bag of cardboard out. Plastic bags sorted, and ready to go to a charity shop (I literally have a big bag full of plastic bags!). And a little shredding done.

I have managed a bit more decluttering this week thanks to going to a boot sale yesterday - home with £100 mostly from 50p and £1 sales so am claiming a nice round 100 items gone :)

That means i have blasted through my 200 item target for this month (still keeping it up though!)

I have decided to list some more bits on ebay and am going to add a few job lots so fingers crossed that moves some bits quickly!

Also aiming to clear a box from spare room today!

    Wish me luck :) xx

Internet down for 99.9% of the weekend

    51. Bowl with manky-looking cracks - in the bin
    52. Unused bronzer - to DD
    53. Really threadbare & holey socks - in the bin

DS has sorted out clothes for the CS (too big for him now) and I have been collecting bubble wrap, plastic carrier bags and old newspapers & magazines (for wrapping breakables) for the CS. I won't count them until they are out of the door though (should be on Wednesday). I also have glass to take to recycling. I just need to get up and do it!! :p

snapping_crocodile ((HUGS)) Fathers Day can be very hard for people who have lost loved ones, and we can forget that in all the hype. Bossymoo big (((HUGS))) for you and littlies too :A

eta igamogam re ebay what a cheek these people have! When I buy I pay straight away, I wouldn't dream of saying 'you'll have to wait for payment'!! Beggars belief. If only everyone was as perfect as me :):)
