Only a few items for me today, as it was shopping day and we brought home more than we got rid of, but it's all food and things we'll use immediately.
Did take all the charity shop things to a charity shop, and the other rubbish and electrical recycling went to the local recycling centre. Also turfed out:
Used up batteries - recycling bin in Poundland
2 used printer inks - recycled in Rymans
Old bucket - tip
Padded insert for high chair - charity shop
Hoping to get the kitchen done over the weekend, turn out all the cupboards and drawers and get rid of unused/out of date items.
Bossymoo, hugs to you and the little ones, it must be difficult for you at this time of year xxxKeep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

Just started to read, I need a major declutter, it's really getting us all down and far to embarrassed to show anyone (downstairs in our house is lovely but dad and I have way too much clutter).
I keep putting things in an eBay bag but never get around to ebaying it, about to put something on free cycle but wondered if anyone had a suggestion of what to do with paracetamol? To say I have tons of it would be an understatement, I have other drugs I will give to charity but paracetamol is so cheap I think it would cost more getting it to the charity. If I gave it to the chemist it just gets destroyed (despite in untouched blister packets), I've given a pack each to family but think it would be such a waste to throw it awayBest wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

Once something has been dispensed or bought, a chemist can only destroy the medicines brought back to them - that may be the safest thing to do vicki_louise.
At least they'll dispose of it safely. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -

*sigh*
I love that when I'm sorting through stuff, but it slows down the decluttering, lol!Out:
Son has decided to part with his Xbox steering wheel. He drove us mad for it and he's only used it once or twice.
We got one of those for the original playstation, used only a couple of times then stuck on top of the wardrobe for ages, I think we gave it to OH's nephew in the end to get it out of the way.
Well after working all week, and not getting much done, I was looking forward to my day off yesterday to have a clear out in the spare room, but just after breakfast I stood up and was in agony as my sciatica flared up again (not had it since before Christmas), so I was hardly able to even move for the rest of the day, and nothing got done! It took me over an hour to stand up when I needed the loo, lol, then this morning it took at least that long to get out of bed! Hoping to try some exercises later to try to ease the pain.
Today I am just going to re-list some stuff on ebay, as it's another FLW. Only sold 2 items from last free listing, and still waiting for payment on 1, so they won't go until at least Monday, and that depends on whether the pain has gone by then.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs
