Another 20 sewing patterns decluttered today. I seem to be making more mess as I get rid of things. I have received my sack from clothes for cash. Hopefully they will accept all my clothes and not decline to pay for some as I have heard they can do.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

    In the last few weeks:
-2 cardigans,a jumper,a pair of boots and some bras to the CS
-2 big bags of books and some dvds to the CS
-a big bag of dvds that I'm going to sell.

I've got a big, framed picture that has finally been hung up.It was sitting out in the hall for ages.

A few items are going down to the cellar room-a candle stick and few other odds and ends.

All this good work has been cancelled out by the two large bags of second-hand books that I bought recently at a book sale.:o

As they say cat, charity begins at home. The idea of charity is not to give if you can't afford it yourself. I get a bit cross with all the phone calls I get from people wanting money from me. Thankfully, our caller ID is working again so I don't answer the phone if the number is not a known one.

Thanks Kaz. I know we've given loads of stuff previously, and I always put a few pennies in the tin whenever I see someone collecting outside the supermarket etc, but it still makes me feel bad lol. I worry too much!

    Anyway, my update:
    47. 6 kids jigsaws sold via Facebook
    48. 3 DVDs sold via FB
    49. Pencil case/pencils/Barbie shoes/Book sold via FB
    50. 5 items of kids clothes sold via FB
    51. 2 ebay parcels posted
    52. Packaging for above
    53. dead pen taken apart and recycled/binned
    54. old bottle of almost-used-up sticky calpol binned
    55. about 10 old sample toothpaste tubes found in back of wardrobe OOD by about 8 months and tasted nasty - binned
    56. Folder someone lent me for uni child study assignment that ran from 1998-2002 finally returned to rightful owner!
    57. Card from stash delivered today (I seriously won't need to buy any more cards for ages unless I need a specific age one!)

Well I'm over half way there with a few days left. Don't think I'll make the 100, although if I counted individual items I would do, but I like to challenge myself!

    Out today:-
1 trailing socket, 1 aerial lead and an aerial, all gone to my dad's for his bedroom tv (which hasn't worked since the switchover as he has an old tv with just a built in aerial), all working perfectly now and he didn't need to pay out the £110 he was quoted to have a new aerial fitted!

Yesterday I tidied and sorted through two bookcases and have probably two more bags of books that I'll give to the CS.

I've put out a mass of redundant work-related paperwork to recycle.

One empty perfume bottle out too.I do have a perfume glut of four opened bottles and two sealed.:o
