Not a lot happening decluttering-wise in our house today. It's one of my days for looking after no3 grandson (12 months) and he is a full time job. Right now he's asleep and I'm having a quick sit down as otherwise I shall be totally exhausted and my back won't be at all happy by the time he goes home. We have him again tomorrow so it'll be a slow start to the week. I shall find a few bits to go in the bin this everning, though, as I need to do something each day to keep the motivation high.

Mum of 2 - if the beer smells and tastes OK I'd use it for cooking. If you eat meat, try beef braised in beer. That goes down well in our house. You can use a cheap cut of beef - and if you find it on the 'whoopsie' shelves so much the better!

So sorry to hear about the guinea pig - we have one on it's way and I absolutely dread looking in the cage each time I pass (the pair of them live in the kitchen) for fear of finding him on his side :(.

Despite it only being mid afternoon and just getting in from work, today I have managed

    44. Dirty Devil 1800 watt vacuum cleaner - gone via freecylce
    45. More pirate boat bits found - to work
    46. Large flat cap style hat - to DS2 school for Victorian resources
    47. Poem book from DS2 school returned to DS2 school.
    48. Train track tunnel and wooden house donated to work .

and will be more when I get back after swimming.

We ate a 'funny' tea tonight. All made up off odds and ends out the freezer.

I do that Judi, sometimes it works and sometimes :eek:

Not sure that my decluttering is working right now, although did take some more cardboard to recycling, so will count as 1, can't remember if I counted amazon sales, will need to read back.

edit, so 2 books for amazon sales, total 56/100
  • Up to 28 eBay listings, gonna see how well they do. A lot of collectible things really. I keep finding more stuff to sell every time I move things around a little bit or think to myself whether I have actually ever used it or ever plan to lol.

I found a bag of stuff I bought for 10p each in the sale, think they will go on eBay too at some point. As well as a massive bag of jewelery. So much stuff for eBay!
