So pleased! A lady has just collected a massive pile of my hubby's old magazines for her students to use for collages at school.
They've been sat in the cupboard since 2009 :o A years worth of magazines....oops!

There must be more space here soon, surely!

10 items of clothing into car boot lot, have managed to clear a whole shelf in my wardrobe and tidy up my gym kit so I can find stuff - yay!

Also put loads of summer clothes in the under bed storage thingie along with all my summer clothes - will declutter them nearer the season that passes for summer.
  • Good evening everyone.

Just got back from the gym - at least I'll sleep well!

    I want to report:

    19 & 20 - 2 x ebay items out of the house today!
21 - Big bag of cardboard (to the cardboard bin)

Nothing very exciting mind you but better out than in (the house that is :D )

Hoping for another successful weekend of decluttering but OH is off for Sunday as well so he might slow me down. We shall see.
How long til pay day?

  • I've managed to declutter the following:

-5 jumpers that I never really wore much and 'took up space'

-a fiddly manual vegetable slicer, grater etc

    -2 bras

    - a massive pot with lid-too big for my cooker!

They've all gone to the CS.

I have a liquidiser that I don't need.I'm going to give it to a colleague next week.
  • A weekend of clearing the clutter lined up still a long way to go! :o

    Hello clutterfreewannabes

I haven't been lost under a pile of odd socks, but I had a final exam yesterday and a loads of stuff going on so been a bit absent. Was really looking forward to a full day of sorting but have dentist at 11, so one valium decluttered! HATE the dentist and I know I will cry like a baby.

Hopefully I will be semi functional when I get back and be able to do a little something or other. Rubbish bin day today so just about to do Poo patrol in the garden, which is obviously my favourite job. I so know how to live.
