Sleep. Last night was rubbish but my fitbit was on charge so I don't know the numbers. Tomorrow we've a photographer coming into the office to take professional headshots, so I'm hoping for a solid eight hours tonight so I look all fresh-faced and dewy
Weight Not been near Argos to return the scales yet so no idea. I don't feel particularly slim though and my jeans are still tight. This seems unfair. I agree, but you will get there
Ten NCD Fail. Mr Kipling is a bad, bad man. Don't let him through the door.
Nails The fingers are actually doing OK but I'm still nibbling on the surrounding skin and my thumbs. A slight improvement though. :T you're making progress
Back tomorrow to check out everyone else's progress but I've got to get to bed now or I won't impress the photographer.0 -
Update for Tuesday...
1) To have at least 15 NCDs - Yes so now on 7 NCDs. :T
2) To meal plan at the end of the week for the following week - All done for this week.
3) Be in bed by 10.00pm and light out by 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday - Bed at 9.50pm and light out at 10.30pm.
4) At least 40 minutes walking during the day 6 days a week - 40 minutes done (4 x 10 minutes).
5) Deep clean the bedrooms - Not yet.0 -
Update for Wednesday...
1) To have at least 15 NCDs - Nope, chocolate was had so still on 7 NCDs.
2) To meal plan at the end of the week for the following week - All done for this week.
3) Be in bed by 10.00pm and light out by 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday - I had a headache so bed at 9.40pm and light out at 10.00pm.
4) At least 40 minutes walking during the day 6 days a week - The weather was dreadful all morning so only 20 minutes done (2 x 10 minutes).
5) Deep clean the bedrooms - Not yet.0 -
Eeps, another day gone without updating.
It's mainly because the builders are here. Yesterday we both worked in the mornings, then had to choose and buy the floor tiles for our utility room in the afternoon. We went to every tile shop in the area and eventually bought some cheap but nice-ish ones from B & Q. It's a big room so we needed 18 sq metres, which meant we had to do two trips to collect them because of the weight. In between the trips we had to do our Weds trip to visit Mr H's mum in her nursing home, so it's just a good job B & Q open late. By the time we got home it was 8.30pm and we hadn't eaten, so it was a bite to eat, tidy round, sort the animals, then bed.
OK, that's the excuses out of the way, now for the targets!
Sleep. Last night was 6 hrs and 19 mins for a score of 74 'fair'. That's good for me so I'm happy. The night before was 6 hrs 1 min, for a score of 77 'fair'. The photographer came to work yesterday so I got up particularly early to prettify myself. Haven't seen the photos yet so don't know if it worked, but he seemed to take more of me than my colleagues so I'm guessing he was struggling
Weight Still not got the scales returned to Argos. The guarantee lasts until late December so no panic yet - other than I'd like to use them.
Ten NCD Fail. Nope!

Dolphin Hope your headache is better. Awful weather here too yesterday morning, but the afternoon was lovely and today is even better. Let's hope it stays that way next week so you get your windows in (and your October bedroom cleaning done
)
Elnora Well done with your targets. It's fine to forget the September ones once we hit October, I think we all do it (although I'm still alcohol free mid-week which is amazing for me) and you can always bring them back in November if needed. And the 'try a new recipe each week' one might work better when the weather is even worse and it's dark even earlier, so you're not tempted into the garden.
Milann Go you! Not only hitting your weekly targets but going back and making up last week's missed gym session. V impressive.
Honey Hope everything is OK. It's not like you to miss a day's posting - hopefully it's because you're doing something fabulous somewhere and not because you're surrounded by all your tech in hundreds of pieces after a 'mending' sessionLBM Dec 2011. Or you were just so photogenic that he couldn't resist spending more time over your photos.

Well done! Once you start to see the results, I think that this gets easier.

Dolphin Hope your headache is better.
Headache is a lot better thanks. I think it was a bit of a stress headache because I have been a bit on edge lately. I think my November targets need some kind of relaxation activity. I'll have to think about that.
In the meantime, update for Thursday...
1) To have at least 15 NCDs - Yes so now on 8 NCDs.
2) To meal plan at the end of the week for the following week - All done for this week.
3) Be in bed by 10.00pm and light out by 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday - Bed at 10.30pm and light out at 11.30pm (but I didn't have to be up this morning so I'm not bothered).
4) At least 40 minutes walking during the day 6 days a week - 45 minutes done (1 x 15 minutes and 3 x 10 minutes).
5) Deep clean the bedrooms - Not yet.0 -
Update for Friday...
1) To have at least 15 NCDs - Yes so now on 9 NCDs.
2) To meal plan at the end of the week for the following week - All done for this week.
3) Be in bed by 10.00pm and light out by 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday - Bed at 11.15pm and light out at 12.30am. I decided to watch The Apprentice from Wednesday in bed. Thankfully, it was Friday night so it didn't matter although probably not good for me especially as I was up early due to a bad back.
4) At least 40 minutes walking during the day 6 days a week - 30 minutes done (1 x 20 minutes and 1 x 10 minutes).
5) Deep clean the bedrooms - Not yet.
Honey Bear - Hope you are ok and that you had a constructive techy day yesterday.0 -

I rather suspect the builders and working are what's stopping you posting every day. Still, you've got the tiles, the builders are working their way through your mansion and it will all be lovely when it's finished.

That man will dream of you for years, secretly wondering if he'd stood a chance if only he'd had the courage, as in 'By 'eck Petal, you look gorgeous.' being Northern an' all. As for the sleep thing, those scores are seriously better than the past few weeks, so something's working. Possibly the turning off of the phone and computer earlier this week?

5) Deep clean the bedrooms - Not yet.

Mmmmm. Possibly but then again possibly not.Better is good enough.0 -
Everyone sounds as if they’re doing well with targets. Not sure that I am, but any progress is better than none!
I hit all but 1 of mine last week. Which was using my gym membership twice- didn’t go at all as my hip was really sore- overdid it the previous week:o Well done on hitting all of yours. Overdoing the gym thing is so, so easy when restarting after a break. Your hip will calm down and then you can build up the usage again gradually. Curse this aging business!
This week I’ve kept - lose or maintain weight, reduce screen time, and 3 NSDs. Yay!
I’ve added use gym 3 times - to compensate for last week
Blitz my kitchen which will take me all week. I’ve made a pretty good startOooh, well done. Nasty place, the kitchen when it comes to cleaning - all those crevices. :shudder:
