HappyNow - Sorry to hear you had a rough weekend but glad to hear you are over it now. Hope the building work is going well. At least it's indoor work. Due to the very wet weather we have had for the last week or so, the windows aren't going in until next week now but hey ho, at least it should be before winter.
Well done on the 3 NCDs (despite the circumstances)! :T
Honey Bear - Good to see you back. Well done with all that flying! I'm planning on a lot of flying today to catch up after a very lazy but lovely weekend. Our guests are gone now so washing and cleaning is on the cards. Will start with the bathroom today.
Elnora - It sounds like the audio books have really helped you with getting the garden and the cleaning done. I definitely find it less boring to do any job if there is something else to focus on. I usually have music on while I'm cooking, washing up or cleaning and the only way I can bear ironing is if I have something on the tv to watch at the same time.
Nothing much to report here on the target front. Needless to say I have had a lot of crap this weekend so I am still on 6 NCD's. Back at it today.0 -
Dolphin - a lazy weekend catching up with family is a great way to spend time. I bet the CD were nice but good that you're back on it. I am enjoying the audio books - I listened to podcasts in the past but this is the first time I've tried books.

I think you're definitely the Class Swot. None of us are coming anywhere near your progress!Better is good enough.0 -
- Deal with the tech problems; the ipods, tablet, podcasts and the printer. I've set this Friday aside completely - again.
- 15 minutes Flying a day, to keep on top of the crap as September turned out to be quite successful on the Flying front eventually. Nothing today, even though that wasn't the intention. I wanted to get stuck into my Room of Doom, but got side-tracked. I'm quite cross about that which surprised me, but I really am sick of the chaos.
- Plan Serious Flying a week at a time using the current list of outstanding jobs. Schedule some of the biggies across a week at a time, one job a day. Had a Plan, didn't stick to it.
- Read one of the outstanding newspapers a day. I've got rather a big pile of them, so the only way to do that is:
- No computer after 7.15 pm. Watched TV on it last night, which is forgiveable I think because it's the only way I enjoy watching TV in bed, and I was so, so tired last night. The light went out at 11.15 pm, and I didn't look at F'book or try to read newspapers on line, my secret timewasting addictions. Only turned the computer on after 7.15 to post this, and it's going off straight away.
- Reach 63.5 kgs by 31 October. Nothing to be said.
- Finish sorting the muddled bay in the attic. Nothing to be said.
- Sow onion sets, broad beans and spinach in pots by the end of the month.Nothing to be said.

Everyone sounds as if they’re doing well with targets.
I hit all but 1 of mine last week. Which was using my gym membership twice- didn’t go at all as my hip was really sore- overdid it the previous week:o
This week I’ve kept - lose or maintain weight, reduce screen time, and 3 NSDs.
I’ve added use gym 3 times - to compensate for last week
Blitz my kitchen which will take me all week. I’ve made a pretty good start
Hope you’re feeling much better now Happy - not the best way to lose weight but silver lining and all that.....January spends - £587.580 -
Sleep. Last night was rubbish but my fitbit was on charge so I don't know the numbers. Tomorrow we've a photographer coming into the office to take professional headshots, so I'm hoping for a solid eight hours tonight so I look all fresh-faced and dewy
Weight Not been near Argos to return the scales yet so no idea. I don't feel particularly slim though and my jeans are still tight. This seems unfair.
Ten NCD Fail. Mr Kipling is a bad, bad man.
Nails The fingers are actually doing OK but I'm still nibbling on the surrounding skin and my thumbs. A slight improvement though.
Back tomorrow to check out everyone else's progress but I've got to get to bed now or I won't impress the photographer.LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!
Debt Dec 11: Unsecured £69,579 + Mortgage £59,948 = £129,527
Debt May 21: Unsecured ZERO! ZILCH! Mortgage £22,3320 -

Make time for me –make time to read or complete a craft project etc. Still listening to the audio book Are you enjoying it? Yes, I've chosen easy listening as sometimes I can't hear it properly as some jobs are noisy so I only get the gist of some parts.

Your annoyance should see you get this ticked off your list.

There is a difference in watching TV and surfing the 'net and losing hours of the day and not achieving anything.

This week I’ve kept - lose or maintain weight, reduce screen time, and 3 NSDs. Well done
I’ve added use gym 3 times - to compensate for last week :T excellent and well done for making the time to go to the gym for a third time - it all helps.
