    Day 9
[FONT=&quot]Flying – 15 minutes per day. No, out this morning and climbed a mountain of tomatoes this afternoon. Squashy but skilled, tomato mountaineering!
    [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Pampering – I always remove make up / moisturise my face but this doesn’t extend to the rest of me where I’m a bit slap dash so this month I will take better care of the rest of me. Done. Not a regular habit as I still have to remind myself. It falls into place eventually as long as you keep it on the list of Good Intentions.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Complete a project – I have a number of half finished projects so I will aim to complete at least one by the end of September. No as I have not had time. But you will, because it's a Good Intention. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Finances – update spreadsheet when required and not leave it until the end of the month.Yes all reconciled. Once you get the spendy spreadsheets up to date, it really is a quick job, isn't it.[/FONT]
    SERIOUS SEPTEMBER - DAYS 4 AND 5

    · 1,500 cals three days in work week, 500 cals on two and lighten up a bit at weekend! – went over on both days but it was the weekend!:D Quite.

. Walking at least 30 mins per day, plus the leg exercises that Elnora has given me - went for my walks plus some extra when I went to the shops. Managed the stretches and foot exercises! Success!:D Well done! It really isn't that onerous once you've got the habit, is it.

    · . Drink six glasses of water per day – All ok here. Tick!

    · Go to bed at a sensible time during the work week – didn't have to get up early so it didn't matter! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

. Eating down from the freezer - used mince from freezer and made chilli. Had this for dinner both nights.

You'll be eating freezer crumbs before you know it. Actually, whenever I try to eat down the contents I'm amazed at how much food is in there, and how long it takes to make even the smallest dent!
    Better is good enough.

    • To have hit 63 kgs at some point on the scales over the course of the month which will require a steady downward tragectory. On a downward trajectory again - at long last. Entirely my own fault, but that's how the problem developed in the first place. I need some self-control.
    • 15 minutes Flying per day. Massive amounts of Flying done; dusting, vacuuming - which do count for this as far as I'm concerned; sorting, tidying, washing, washing up and cooking, which don't. I don't really mind doing the rest; it's cleaning I loathe and I really, really need to get this house into the state that means I don't need to race around titivating it when people are due. It really shouldn't be that difficult to keep on top of it, so why is it for me?
    • Stretches after each dog walk. Still need a bit of self-discipline about this.
    • Clear one paperwork Frog each week ([STRIKE]minutes[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]tax return[/STRIKE], stocktake freezer and food cupboards). Started on the store cupboard stockcheck yesterday. I may be some time.

I like the idea of a list of Good Intentions and I'll use this, if I may, for October.

[FONT=&quot]Flying – 15 minutes per day. Yes, spent the morning in the kitchen and did the Flying around the baking.

    • To have hit 63 kgs at some point on the scales over the course of the month which will require a steady downward tragectory. Stable, which is amazing after last night.
    • 15 minutes Flying per day. A pane in the sitting room window broke inwards a couple of hours after the window cleaners had been, so a good couple of hours was spent sorting that out. The kittens wanted to help fix it, and the dog wanted to play with one of the shards, so it was all a bit :eek::eek:
    • Stretches after each dog walk. Still need a bit of self-discipline about this.
    • Clear one paperwork Frog each week ([STRIKE]minutes[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]tax return[/STRIKE], stocktake freezer and food cupboards). This needs a lot more work than I'd realised but it's not hard work, but needs the time allocated to it. I should then be able to meal plan ahead, which would be really helpful.

Glass shards can travel quite a distance - glad there were no cut paws to deal with.

Keep going as the end result will be worth it.
Apart from the broken glass you seem to have had a good day with the targets
  • Day 11

A day off from targets for me as I have been out all day. Back on it tomorrow.

I trust our Glorious Leaderene is thoroughly indulging and enjoying herself on her holibobs.
    • To have hit 63 kgs at some point on the scales over the course of the month which will require a steady downward tragectory. Haven't weighed myself yet this morning, so no idea.
    • 15 minutes Flying per day. Can't remember! Probably nothing though, as it makes a huge impression when I do it because I hate it so much.
    • Stretches after each dog walk. I've realised it's not the walking that's causing the pain now, it's standing up for long stretches of time. I spent several hours in the kitchen yesterday and my legs were really, really bad by the end of it; and I hadn't taken the dog anywhere. Much stretching was done, and that worked.
    • Clear one paperwork Frog each week ([STRIKE]minutes[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]tax return[/STRIKE], stocktake freezer and food cupboards). Just one cupboard left to do. Very pleased with how the stocktaking is going.
    Better is good enough.
