15 minutes Flying per day. Dusting for the full 30 minutes. I hate dusting. I'm in total agreement with you with this

Clear one paperwork Frog each week ([STRIKE]minutes[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]tax return[/STRIKE], stocktake freezer and food cupboards). So, so chuffed with myself! Without these being on the list it would have been weeks, if not months, before I'd have done those much loathed jobs. Now I'm FREE! Excellent news :T

To have hit 63 kgs at some point on the scales over the course of the month which will require a steady downward tragectory. Marginally more as it should be but; things are settling back down again and all chocolate is under lock and key now. That didn't stop me having a full English yesterday though which I'm sure doesn't help. Glad things have settled down and that you found the tin, string and padlock.

15 minutes Flying per day. It's the weekend, so it doesn't count. Hurrah for the weekend

Stretches after each dog walk. I did double stretches yesterday afternoon after a lot of extra walking and I'm pleased to say my legs feel much, much better today. I'm finding the leg stretches help and I have got in to a routine of doing some exercises while I wait for the kettle to boil

Clear one paperwork Frog each week (minutes, tax return, stocktake freezer and food cupboards). Have got cracking on the store cupboard stocktake. It's very boring. You're on a roll with the Frogs

Honey - I think you're right about the foot exercises and that they will reappear at some point.

MY TARGETS FOR THE NEXT FOUR DAYS:
• Eat as much as I want of whatever I fancy
• Drink plenty of wine, ideally smuggled into our hotel room to keep the cost down
• Drink 6 glasses of water per day, heavily disguised in tea or Pepsi Max ()
• Zero flying, because the hotel dust is not my problem
• Be pro-active with money. Yup, I am pro-actively spending approximately £400, so I will pro-actively ENJOY IT!
I probably won't post while we're away because I'm useless on my phone, but I will be watching to make sure you're not all following my bad example. Except Dolphin, who is also on holiday. DOLPHIN - HAVE AT THAT CAKE!

Have a great time Happy and I will be disappointed if you don't hit all these targets while you're away :D

Flying – 15 minutes per day – both days yes and more than I had intended – one thing led to another

Pampering – I always remove make up / moisturise my face but this doesn’t extend to the rest of me where I’m a bit slap dash so this month I will take better care of the rest of me. Day 7 no, didn’t give it a second thought. Day 8 yes

Complete a project – I have a number of half finished projects so I will aim to complete at least one by the end of September Day 7 no, was out in the garden, Day 8 yes, primer applied to the other side.

Finances – update spreadsheet when required and not leave it until the end of the month. Not required either day

Flying – 15 minutes per day – both days yes and more than I had intended – one thing led to another There's no doubt that the worst part of Flying is actuallly getting going on it. Once I've started one job, it usually leads to another I had no intention of doing at all but seems okay at that point. How about you?

Yes, getting started can be a problem but once I start I do get in to a rhythm and move on to other areas. Some days there are some many other jobs to do that cleaning doesn't appeal - no different to everyone else, I guess.

I hope you've done well with your targets today, Honey Bear.

• SERIOUS SEPTEMBER - DAYS 4 AND 5

· 1,500 cals three days in work week, 500 cals on two and lighten up a bit at weekend! – went over on both days but it was the weekend!:D

. Walking at least 30 mins per day, plus the leg exercises that Elnora has given me - went for my walks plus some extra when I went to the shops. Managed the stretches and foot exercises! Success!:D

· . Drink six glasses of water per day – All ok here.

· Go to bed at a sensible time during the work week – didn't have to get up early so it didn't matter!

. Eating down from the freezer - used mince from freezer and made chilli. Had this for dinner both nights.

Have a fabulous time, Happy, and enjoy it all the absolute max. I intend to do something pretty similar for a long weekend next week, so please alert me to any problems you experience so I can take avoiding action.

Amazing how the stretches work so well when you get round to doing them! Well done you for locking away the chocolate!:)

I think the tomato climbing can count as flying. Hope you've got plenty of balsamic vinegar! Yum!

So three out of four!:)
