Just a flying visit to post my update for yesterday. I'll have to catch up with what everyone has been up to later.
1) To have at least 15 NCDs - Finally, I have had 1 NCD! :j Just another 14 to go this month.
2) To meal plan at the end of the week for the following week - All done for this week.
3) Be in bed by 10.00pm and light out by 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday - Was in bed at 9.35pm and light out at 10.30pm.
4) At least 30 minutes walking during the day - Total of 30 minutes (3 x 10 minutes).0 -
Days 3 and 4.
I will eat healthily and not excessively, with 5 x F & V. Hmm, I've been a bit half-assed, although I've done better than if it wasn't a target. Will try harder.Half-assed is better than none
No more than one bottle of wine per week. Tick. The bottle opened Sunday lasted three nights and that's been fine. I'm finding pepsi max is a good substitute, and has no calories.Making a bottle of wine last 3 days is very good as it is so easy to take the easy route and finish it off.
Six glasses of water daily. Probably not the full six. I need to start logging it on my Fitbit again
Complete Flylady Level One as a minimum I'm liking this one. Did the bathrooms on Tuesday - to LEVEL 2 doncha know. Yesterday was supposed to be bedroom day, but I deliberately left it for today when it's not supposed to rain. I want to get the bedding washed and line dried, plus it's time to migrate to our winter duvet which might need an airing.Level 2 - I'm impressed
Be pro-active with money. Over the last two days I have made £0.70 from surveys. Whoop! But I have also done another credit card balance transfer because a 0% offer was about to expire. Barclaycard won my business (0% for 18 months with just 1.9% fee) and now all the credit card debt is with them, half on my card and half on Mr H's. Very proactive sorting the balance transfer
The digger man was persuaded to put in another afternoon's work, and he has now finished and shouldn't ever be needed again!! He and his dad between them cost £420, but we could never have done the work without them and it makes a massive difference to the outside. We hope to get the setts laid in the yard on Saturday and the lawn seeded, and my next job is to research wild flower meadows for a part of the yard that's been cleared. That will give me something to do next time I can't sleep! I think this was money well spent as you can progress your plans more quickly. The wild flower meadow sounds nice.

15 minutes Flying per day. Dewebbed the whole house which it's needed for weeks. I share your pain as I did this yesterday and also put 7 spiders outside
Stretches after each dog walk. Shorter, quicker stretches happening more, but still not after each walk yet. At least the stretches are becoming more regular
Clear one paperwork Frog each week (minutes, tax return, stocktake freezer and food cupboards). Still haven't started n this, but as it's not the end of the first week yet I'm not going to beat myself up about it yet.
It's only Thursday so there is still time to make those paperwork Frogs hop along.0 -

The lights out and walking targets are being met more often than not which is good news
Thanks Elnora!
So, OH and I are holidaying from home for the next week so I might not make it on every day and I suspect some of my targets will slip.
I will keep track of any NCDs (if I have any) and I suspect there will be a lot of walking involved. However, I won't be aiming for a specific bedtime and we will be eating out some of the time and I have enough stuff in the freezer for 3 or 4 meals at home so I won't be doing any specific meal planning.
