- To have hit 63 kgs at some point on the scales over the course of the month which will require a steady downward tragectory. Not talking about this one today, either.
- 15 minutes Flying per day. Dewebbed the whole house which it's needed for weeks.
- Stretches after each dog walk. Shorter, quicker stretches happening more, but still not after each walk yet.
- Clear one paperwork Frog each week (minutes, tax return, stocktake freezer and food cupboards). Still haven't started n this, but as it's not the end of the first week yet I'm not going to beat myself up about it yet.
Belated Happy Anniversary wishes to Mr and Mrs Bear!
Well done on the stretches and dewebbing of the house! It all adds up!Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Days 3 and 4.
- I will eat healthily and not excessively, with 5 x F & V. Hmm, I've been a bit half-assed, although I've done better than if it wasn't a target. Will try harder.
- No more than one bottle of wine per week. Tick. The bottle opened Sunday lasted three nights and that's been fine. I'm finding pepsi max is a good substitute, and has no calories.
- Six glasses of water daily. Probably not the full six. I need to start logging it on my Fitbit again
- Complete Flylady Level One as a minimum I'm liking this one. Did the bathrooms on Tuesday - to LEVEL 2 doncha know. Yesterday was supposed to be bedroom day, but I deliberately left it for today when it's not supposed to rain. I want to get the bedding washed and line dried, plus it's time to migrate to our winter duvet which might need an airing.
- Be pro-active with money. Over the last two days I have made £0.70 from surveys. Whoop! But I have also done another credit card balance transfer because a 0% offer was about to expire. Barclaycard won my business (0% for 18 months with just 1.9% fee) and now all the credit card debt is with them, half on my card and half on Mr H's.
Good going Happy! I've got to up my game with the surveys. Trouble is Prolific isn't sending me as much as usual and every time I goto Opinium, I'm too late to take the survey!
The wild flower meadow sounds lovely.
P.S. You mentioned the Evil Eye cocktail lounge in an earlier post. I've been there, but not for a few years. Very colourful!:DFinally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Happy lots of similarities - I live in glorious West Yorkshire & spent the August bank holiday weekend in Noethumberland! It was glorious xx

Seasidegal58 wrote: »· 1,500 cals three days in work week, 500 cals on two and lighten up a bit at weekend! – My cruise next year begins in the third week of February and I've worked it out that I have got to lose 4 stone in order to ride the Icelandic pony! So I have five months and nearly three weeks! Plus Christmas and New Year to get through plus any other social events that will pop up in the meantime! Can I do it?!! I'm getting back onto the weight loss seriously tomorrow with a 500 cal day. !
Day 1: 500 calorie day - all went well. I only had one egg left so I didn't cook my wrap. Had one hard-boiled egg and an extra apple! Well done but 500 calories seems like worse than starvation to me.
. Walking at least 30 mins per day, plus the leg exercises that Honey/Elnora have given me - I really do need to stretch more – I'm getting to be such an old crock before my time!
Day 1: I did my 30 minutes, but failed on the exercises - must do better!
· . Drink six glasses of water per day – I do feel better and less sluggish when I do this. No brainer.
Day 1: All ok! Good!
· Go to bed at a sensible time during the work week – carrying on with this one – lighten up at the weekend.
Day 1: Failed with this last night. Was still reading diaries.....:o It's a habit thing - if you do it three nights in a row the impact on daily life is amazing!
. Eating down from the freezer - I want to use up as much as I can here - have chicken, liver, mince and fish to cook.
I've not bothered with setting myself targets with alcohol this time as I don't find it a problem just to keep drinking to when I socialise. As I've said before, I'd rather eat my calories than drink them!:D
Day 1: I'm saving the batch cooking till the weekend. Will finish off the quick cook food during the week, i.e. fish fingers, etc.
Will now catch up with the rest of everybody's posts here!Happy & Honey Bear – I don’t know if you like balsamic vinegar but if you do then tomatoes cooked in it are really nice.
Excellent idea - I'll have a little hunt for a recipe, or just fling some in together and see what happens.Update for yesterday...
1) To have at least 15 NCDs - Hooray, now at 2 NCDs. Hurrah!
2) To meal plan at the end of the week for the following week - All done for this week. In the bag already, obviously.
3) Be in bed by 10.00pm and light out by 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday - Fail. Was in bed at 10.30pm and light out at 11.50pm. You've been rather good about this one so far, too.
4) At least 30 minutes walking during the day - Total of 20 minutes (2 x 10 minutes).
Getting there with exercise, wouldn't want to overdo it, obviously.Better is good enough.0 -
- To have hit 63 kgs at some point on the scales over the course of the month which will require a steady downward tragectory. Not talking about this one today, either - again.
- 15 minutes Flying per day. Nothing yesterday, double purgatory today required.
- Stretches after each dog walk. Still trying to create habit.
- Clear one paperwork Frog each week (minutes, [STRIKE]tax return[/STRIKE], stocktake freezer and food cupboards). One down, three to go.
Better is good enough.0 -

Update for yesterday - day 6

Flying – 15 minutes per day around 45 minutes to catch up with jobs missed the other day
Pampering – I always remove make up / moisturise my face but this doesn’t extend to the rest of me where I’m a bit slap dash so this month I will take better care of the rest of me. forgot
Complete a project – I have a number of half finished projects so I will aim to complete at least one by the end of September first coat of primer on
Finances – update spreadsheet when required and not leave it until the end of the month.yes and another 5 minute job so nice and quick0 -
This diary is so busy now! I have read back and would like to spend more time commenting, but we are seeding our lawn today (the grass one, not the wild flower one), which will take ages. Then I need to make sure we're all organised for our trip away, which means not only packing our own stuff but making sure I've left enough dog and cat food/treats, along with a list of jobs for the young Happys. I'm going to add 'lay stone setts, point the back of house' to Master H's list!
You all seem to be doing better than me, target-wise. For what it's worth:
Eat healthily and not excessively, with 5 x F & V Not TOO bad, and it would certainly be worse if you weren't all watching. Honey - yes our tomatoes are definitely at least one per day. The others are selected by inspecting the fruit bowl and fridge, and choosing the most bendy.
No more than one bottle of wine per week.
I'm doing surprisingly well here, although all bets are off while we're away. And I won't have a word said against Pepsi Max - it is so sweet and naughty-feeling, and reminds me of holidays to France as a child when we'd stop for a coke at roadside cafes. Yum yum!
Six glasses of water daily I believe tea, juice, pepsi max etc does count but I still feel that only water will give my innards that good washing!
Complete Flylady level one
Umm....
Be proactive with money Just not enough hours in the day right now, but at least I don't have time to spend any.LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

SERIOUS SEPTEMBER - DAYS 2 AND 3
· 1,500 cals three days in work week, 500 cals on two and lighten up a bit at weekend! – slightly over on Day 2 but all ok on 500 day yesterday.
. Walking at least 30 mins per day, plus the leg exercises that Elnora has given me - Again all ok on the 30 min work walks - failed on Day 1 but did the leg stretches when I got in from work last night. I think doing them as soon as I get in is the key when my leg muscles are still warmed up. Must try harder with foot stretches.
· . Drink six glasses of water per day – All ok here.
· Go to bed at a sensible time during the work week – failed again on Day 2 but was tired last night so was in bed by just after 9.30Pm.
. Eating down from the freezer - finished off the fishfingers and wedges in the freezer. Sorting out some scratch meals today! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
