I'd definitely love to attend something like that. I've been searching for crafty groups in my area but haven't found anything. The cost seems very reasonable.

My lovely local fabric shop has got their Christmas material in. I have bought my self 5 fat quarters for under £10 and I am getting ready to make my Christmas Bunting for my fireplace. Sewing machine at the ready this weekend!

  • Hi tawny I see you are also a guide leader, I'm a rainbows leader, can you give me more info on your fabric shop, do they have a website? That is so cheap

    Hi Maria

I am indeed a Guide Leader, as well a Ranger leader for my sins! Rangers are just Rainbows with hormones....lol

Anyway, my local shop is called Fabrikay in Aylesbury, they don't have a website I am afraid. They have fat quarters at very reasonable prices as they never have the latest fabrics, which doesn't bother me at all!

Aylesbury might be a bit far for you though :(

  • Far to far away lol, shame they don't have a website :(

I'm a new leader, this is only my 2nd term so may hunt you out for advice lol
