I've got about five years worth of toilet rolls, bought super cheap from JTF Warehouse. Worth a look if you have one near you. It's supposedly a wholesaler supplying to traders, but they seem to let anyone join.

I can't remember where i saw it but some people use cut up rags as loo cloths in a tissue box. When they were used they popped them in a bucket until wash day and then reused them once clean. Think it might be too far for some though lol I was tempted to use them for number 1's only! But not got round to it yet.0 -
tuna at home bargains is £2.99 for 4 http://www.homebargains.co.uk/products/958-princes-tuna-chunks-in-brine-4pk.aspx
compared to Asda at £4 and MrT's £4 until the 2nd January then goes up to £6.99 - think they are having a laugh at that price
homebargains and poundland both have websites worth having a look at and comparing prices with tesco and asda but make sure you look at the amount in the packetskintbint x

There is a Clintons outlet in Leeds (and possibly elsewhere if anyone knows?) I always buy my birthday cards there and have a huge stock of them. On my last visit I got some amazing bargains - they were selling National Trust cards, The National Gallery cards and Hallmark cards all at 3 for £1. Personal cards (ie daughter, son, husband etc) are usually all Clintons own and are 5 for £3. I have had some lovely cards at a fraction of the recommended price and have enough birthday cards at the moment to last me a good few years! I really must stop buying them for a while but can't resist a good offer when I see one!!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

I always buy a year's worth of toiletries & perfume in December, I was happy with this little deal from Boots this year, where I got £15.00 off £100 spend & 1500 points, plus 3 quid topcashback, so for £85.00 I got 100ml Dior pure poison, 20 x 16 packs boots own super tampons (Just as good as Lillets), 8 cans of sure deodorant with points earned, & 11 packs of 30 make up remover facial wipes from Wilkos with TCB earnings.0

Packs of 4 x John West Tuna Chunks (brine or springwater, I think) are £2.99 in Morrisons at the mo., making them about 75p a tin. That's the best offer I've seen so far but the 2 for £1 sounds great- which brand is that please ninnoodle?

If items are on offer that I would generally get anyway, then I will usually get enough for 6 months. If really cheap, then obviously more. These would include items that we can't get from places like Poundland, items such as:
Decent loo rolls
Beans (Heinz or Aldi ones if we go there as none really near)
Decent Washing powder
DW tablets
Coffee beans
Comfort/Lenor
Poundland (usually every 3 months)
Decent bin bags
Ambrosia Rice Pudding Pots
Source shower creams
Nivea soap
Toothpaste
Deodrant
Sugar
Pledge/Mr Sheen/Flash Spray
Corned Beef
Boots every 7-8 months when a voucher comes available and buy:
Tampons/Towels for DD & I for another 7-8 months (wait for them to be on special too)
Baby wipes
Usually get enough for about £45 after discounts and get points too.
Pets at home too do a dog food that our dog loves as high meat content and they had a special last month, so bought 7 months worth for £40 and quidco too.
Cards are usually from The Card Factory (29p or 39p each) or when I can get a code for a free card to be sent direct and just pay the postage. I did 6 of these and pre-dated them to be delivered late last year when there was a code floating around. To repeat what others have said, requires education, to challenge it,requires brains!FEB GC/DIESEL £200/4 WEEKS0
