  • Bluebellbunny you could have had my copy of the shred. It's evil:eek:

especially the bit "if you think you're going to die...."

It's not evil, it's a very effective way of feeling absolutely exhausted, sweaty, tomato faced and achy. Or is that just me? :j

    Hi all,

Dissapointed to say I have STS again.
We had a family Birthday meal over the weekend with 5 courses plus cake & wine which I very rarely have, also celebrated in the week, so that was large amount of extra calories aswell. I did go on four mile walk on Friday , and going again today but must do more exercise.

Well done to all of you - great losses recorded!

  • Well... the pace has slowed down but -1lb off! Yay! :j

I have been getting much quicker at the running - going for about 30mins every Friday and Saturday morning, actually starting to enjoy it now I can see results with my stamina.

Have struggled to avoid the chocolate at the moment. And some wally moved my lunchbox in the fridge today resulting in a spilt salad and a v. unhappy Lulubella! :p

30 Day Shred is hardcore - I'm impressed with those giving it a go. Maybe I will try it again sometime soon but she really is a right madam!

Well done to all losses and let's keep it up... just a week to go!
  • Well I got the other lb off- so I've hit the 7lbs for January! Upping my game now- need to do more exercise. I want to the 7 day challenge on Just Dance 3 but can't find it anywhere!
