This is such a good thread, can I join? I've lost weight before with ww but put it back on and have been 13 and a half ish stone for 3 years or so. And I feel fat, frumpy, miserable and old (I'm 46 and 5'8"). Last Monday dh and I decided enough was enough and weighed ourselves. I was 13 stone 10 so started to eat sensibly and move more and today weighed 13 stone 6 so have lost 4lbs. I might not do the 7lbs this week but will try my best. Enough is enough now and it's good to have a place to share xCogito ergo sum. Google it you lazy sod !!0

Was naughty again and went out to dinner on Fri, 2 courses but still 400 calories under my weekly target. I never add how many extra calories I burn though so is going to be more than 400 under.
Yesterday I had my follow up smear which stressed me out; however I managed to be fairly good after and opted for a pot of crayfish and a roll for lunch instead of the chips on the market that I could smell while my tummy was rumbling
Today is a naughty day as a reward for yesterday and the fact I am !!!!!!!! myself about the results, I'm having Dominos pizza 200 cal a slice and will save some for lunch tomorrow (2 slices) riding tomorrow too again.
Not eating out this weekend but cooking fillet steak instead with slimming world chippies, which I need to practice again before the weekend.
Edit - I will be weighing myself on the last day of January to see if I have lost the final 2lbs of the target.0 -

Thank you teachergirl but am happy(ish) to say I got my copy this morning and have just finished my first 'shred' and OMG you are not wrong - she IS EEEEEVIL Can feel the aching already and it's only been 45mins since I finished - EEK! Am not planning to do it again until Thursday, do you think the aches will have gone by then? Knew I was unfit, but never imagined a 25min workout could do THIS to me! :eek:teachergirl wrote: »Bluebellbunny you could have had my copy of the shred. Bluebellbunny ,don't say I didn't warn you:p. Of course you won't feel better by Thursday.
I have failed miserably to go on the treadmill tonigHt for my big push to be less than 10 stone. Son very down because he did not get into the uni of his choice, plus he still has exams this week. Husband very stressed at work and sporting a massive cold so came home and went straight to bed, daughter upset because she did not win a netball match, and me run ragged trying to be super mum. Did some marking, cooked tea, did the washing and then collapsed on the sofa! Must try harder tomorrow.:(Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -
I've finally lost another 2 pounds so that's me on 3! Only 9 more to go and I'll have reached my target weight. It's not coming off as fast as I would like but with budgeting and stopping smoking I didn't want to push myself too far.Debt Free by Christmas 2012 #205 DONE!£2012 in 2012 #128 £1900/£2012£2 Saver 2012 #78 £0/MOT0

Did my weigh in this morning but my scales are playing up put them on stones and I hadn't lost anything and then put them on kgs's and I had lost 0.5kg - so 1lb :j So anyway I've decided to trust the lower one :rotfl:So Dragon can you put me down for 1lb lose I may regret that next week when the scales go back the other way!!! Stupid scales keep playing up and doing strange readings think I will try a new battery if not need to invest in some new ones, they annoy me anyway as they don't weigh in parts of a lb just a full lb :mad:0
