Making that 7lb targets definitely going to be a stretch:eek: by the end of the month. Though still just about doable I've 1.5 lbs to go, must be very, very good this week.;)0

Hi Can you add me to this too?
I am ashamed to admit that last March (prepregnancy) I was 17st 5lb.
I weighed myself 5th January (7 weeks after giving birth) and was 16st 12lbs which is an improvement but still huge!
I have dieted since then weighing in on a Thursday (dreading tomorrow morning!)
so far I have lost 8lbs so already smashed the half stone!!!
my goal is to lose from my start weight 5st 5lb during 2012.
so sw (start weight?) was 236lb and goal is to lose 75lbs with 8 already lost.....I love maths! I'm hoping to get below 16stone this month

My flatmate is like that, she is size 8 and wants to be size 6 and can go a whole day without eating, she says she does feel hungry and she has a super busy lifestyle which needs energy, i'm the opposite i can overeat so much and find being hungry gives me headaches and feel really weak. Wish we could swap brain cells a little and both become more healthy and balanced!!0
