    Hello Everyone

Not around MSE much at the moment. Still got computer woes and real life keeps getting in the way.

Anyway I hope you don't mind me not checking in much I do read when I get chance and there have been some brilliant results this month.

I have only lost 2lbs - Now weigh 12st - 7lb but I'm actually ok with that as I am happy with the way I'm eating and the weight loss was bound to slow down once I'd lost the majority of what I want to lose.

Hoping to join the gym later this month and take a couple of exercise classes. I was away last week and managed a 10 miles walk and not an easy one either plenty of uphill to it. not bad for an old un so I feel happier about trying a few classes out now.

Going to nip across and sign up for Feb while I'm on - see you all there

    Love Ma

Ouch - hope you are okay

Getting there, not being able to move has done wonders for not eating though :D

Well I wasn't as diligent as I should have been this week and definitely haven't done any exercise, other than being at work. However I have managed to shift a pound so I have (for the first time lol) managed to lose 7lb in a month! I'm rather excited about this to be honest with you! So I'm now 12 stone 7 and could be under 12 stone by my birthday at this rate (and that's the REALLY exciting bit!)

Final weigh in and another 2lbs off taking me down to 11st 11lbs. A quick update. I now feel slim enough to take my running from the treadmill to the outside world. Hubby comes too on the odd day off work. We managed to do a 5k distance on Friday (with just a couple of walking breaks) so fingers crossed I'll now be training 15k a week! Not bad considering 6 months ago I was probably around the 17 and a half stone mark!
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

    67.2 kg this morning.

That makes + 0.8 kg since 1st January.

+ 0.3 kg since last Sunday.

I have no idea why. No idea at all.

  • Well between time of the month and the amount of junk I've eaten this week I'm actually a little relieved to only have gone up up 0.1kg /0.2 lbs. Making my total weight loss for January 5.3 lbs.Think I'll update on Tuesday too just in case I can inch this down a bit:D.

I'll post again tomorrow morning, last day of the month, then I can say what I've lost/gained in the whole of January.

Today, 66.9 kg, 0.3 kg down on yesterday.

    Going to aqua-fit soon.

Nothing lost and nothing gained which is ok considering the circumstances.

I'm going to stick to my diet but have been to the doctors and have been told no riding or manual type work for a month. Short walks for the next week and slowly build up as I feel ready. Walking to the doctors and back this morning knocked me out so I don't think I will hit any target for Feb and will be happy if I maintain my weight for the month.

I'll be back on it in March though x
