So dissappointed I don't even want to post:( 1/2 a pound on.
How did that happen? I have been really good foodwise and I have been on the treadmill several times.
I have a stinking cold and have been up half the night coughing aaargh.

Finally weighed myself this month and i've lost 3lbs in the whole of January :rotfl: At least i'm going in the right direction

Last weigh in tomorrow suspect it's going togo a bit like this - :eek:.
Between the time of the month, and how bad I've been this week I'm just hoping I haven't gained.0 -
Had an accident yesterday so ended up in A&E til 7pm, got small sausage and chips on the way home as hadn't eaten since 8am

Only managed 3/4 sausage, 1 slice of bread, about 8 chips and a pickled egg though.
Can't do any exercise for 7-10 days either

Welllll somehow I am putting weight ON! Not sure how this is happening since I am being REALLY good
but have weighed in on separate days and the scales are saying the same.....not sure what I am doing wrong here but I gotta work it out and pick up my game and SOON because this is just depressing! Wouldn't mind so much if I had been eating the things I have REALLY wanted but I haven't.....well apart from the creme egg the other day anyway!
Am not gonna post my end of month weight unless a miracle happens between now and Tues, will just post my start weight on Feb's thread......hey ho, will try and right myself a new diet and exercise plan over the weekend and see what I can do differently. Well done to all those that are doing well or managing to stay the same, hopefully that'll be me again next month.....:beer: The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.
