Sorry to hear you had a break up bluebellbunny :(

Margaret - is this your weigh in or just a check in?

Check-in. I'll do weigh-in on Sunday because that was when I started.

I am a really happy bunny this morning. 141lb that's another 1.5lb gone this week.:j I am really surprised because although the week started well it went to pot a bit towards the end as I have a yucky cold and everything is so much more of an effort with a bunged up nose if you see what I mean. Hopefully we are getting a treadmill tomorrow so I can do a bit more exercise even when the weather is awful outside. ( I might have to fight my sports mad daughter for it....)

Bluebellbunny sorry to hear about your break up...the guys an idiot.
Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D

  • What a busy, busy week! Sorry I've not popped in to say hi.

Stayed mainly healthy... had a few choccies, but only little ones and nowhere near as many as I would usually have during the week. A pack of chocolate digestive biccies bought before xmas have miraculously stayed unopen for the whole of Jan so far so I think that shows our dedication!

Have not cooked as many meals from scratch but have still made much more effort - soups at work, even soup for dinner one evening! No bread for work, a bit of rice and very few potatoes. Overall feeling good.

Not expecting a loss this week, have been sneaking on the scales every now and then and maybe that sugar craving was telling me something... grrrr

Bluebellbunny - I hope you enjoyed your wine, the least you could treat yourself too... what an absolute wally! You can show him with your beautiful svelte figure in a matter of time!

Well done everyone on all your losses - I checked the front page and the first post, can't believe how well we have done! :T:T:T

oooops had a few drinks last night :( OH has the weekend off which doesn't happen often at the mo so we decided to have some drinks although I did opt for gin and low cal tonic water rather than my normal rose wine so less calories :D better be good for the rest of the weekend now!!

Dragon can you add my 1 lb weight lose I mentioned on Thursday I know its not much but every little helps ;) thank you x
  • Had a cheeky Chinese takeaway with friends last night in celebration of turning 31:D. Thought I'd be way up this morning between that and the alcohol (admittedly only one, I've never been a big drinker) but although I was up compared to yesterday I'm still down from the rest of the week:j. So I'm hopeful my official weigh in tomorrow might be good news after all despite a bumpy week.
  • To the naughty step for me, have put on 2lbs this week

Its deserved though, onwards and downwards but I'm on hols next week so it will probably go up again unfortunately.

Hopefully Feb will be a better month :o
