I'm confused...you said you weighed 72.3 after your weekend away, but then you said 67.3. To go from 66.3 to 67.3, 1kg, is only about 2 lbs and so it's not impossible to apparently gain 2lbs in 2 days...the body weight fluctuates for all kind of reasons, depending on fluid, food intake, time of measurement. That's why it's generally not recommended to weigh more frequently than once a week
  • Hmmmph! Have had enough of this today :( Am feeling down for some reason....woke up this morning and weighed is as I am everyday at the mo to find the number had gone up, I don't think that is why but I have just been feeling rubbish and sick all day and unfortunately in an effort to make myself feel better have indulged in 3 marzipan fruits, 2 chocolates and a packet of hula hoops - BOOO! - which obviously have only made me feel worse!
Should have remembered my other mantra - Don't treat yourself with food, you are NOT a dog!
Sorry to come on for a moan guys but just had to get it off my chest. I should have thought to do this before eating all those naughty things and I might not have done it - DOH!
Oh well, here's to a better day tomorrow and a fantastic first week weigh in.......:T

  • bluebellbunny - don't feel sad, we all have down days (did you see I indulged in 2 slices of pizza yday...) but it's getting up tomorrow and doing lots better that makes up for it.

WI Week 2 - 130lbs, so lost another 3lbs this week. I don't think it's going to be as easy from here on in though...

" Don't treat yourself with food, you're not a dog" is probably my favourite ever diet saying bluebellbunny !!! :D

4.5lb OFF for me this week. Had been complaining at the scales & sneaky peeking every day. Pretty sad yesterday as it seemed I had gained 2lb since last week. Was extra good, did a long walk and hey presto 4.5lb off - think it had all my being goo had finally caught up with me :D

Very happy as that is 8.5lb in 2 weeks. Expecting a STS at best next week as I'm away with work this week but pleased to do good this first two weeks. :)

Sorry, I put in the wrong figures.

    Friday: 66.3 kg
    Saturday: 66.8 kg
    Sunday: 67.3 kg
    Monday: 67.5 kg

Those are the accurate figures. I'm using a laptop while away and I hit a wrong key. Yes, I know it's not recommended to weigh daily, but I like to. Fortunately I also made a note of the figures in my diary.

We can't have put on such a lot, as DH is now below 100 kg. He insisted on getting weighed this morning which he doesn't usually, and he's 99.7 kg - been struggling to get below 100 for the longest time.
