I normally sit at around 12st give or take a pound. (I'm 5 feet 11 tall). Healthy BMI 10st 3lbs to 12st 11lbs.
I was 14st 13lbs at one point but rejoined WW in July 2010. Managed to sit around 12st since Nov 2010 when I reached goal. But this Christmas and the two months before had a serious relapse. Binged on everything in sight!
I want to be back to 12st by end of January but not doing very well so far!I'm never offended by debate & opinions. As a wise man called Voltaire once said, "I disagree with what you say, but will defend until death your right to say it."
Mortgage is my only debt - Original mortgage - January 2008 = £88,400, March 2014 = £47,000 Chipping away slowly! Now saving to move.0 -
Hi everyone,
A little late with my weigh-in results this week, but pleased to say I have lost two pounds. Not as much as I hoped for, but that was before I had a bad day and had a malteaser and ice cream binge.
On a more positive note, I have been swimming for the first time in two years (not counting the dip I had with my one and a half year old son, last year on holl) and been for two long walks this week, so my non exsistant exercise regime has hit the kerb. I am going swimming again tomorrow and now that nearly all the xmas treats have gone, then there is less temptation in the house, to cause poor results. ( just a few shortbread biscuits left, hopefully OH will eat them).
Well done to all of you on your weight loss so far, keep it up!:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

Dragon,
Thanks for the bonus 2.5lb weight loss on page one, but I can't claim it as mine. my 2lb loss declaration on last post is my first for this month. Does it belong to jovie?:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,

i suck - 2lbs on - really going to focus this next week - i need my mojo back which has helped me lose the weight i have lost
still this weeks been back, constant food cravings and its the time of the month so hoping that it eases off next week0 -
Please may I join? I don't think 7lbs are possible this month as I've not been well. There are only 3 weeks left anyway-5? I think I might manage 5lb. Do we aim for 7lbs every month?
Going back to read the posts now.
I liked Mr Bloater's idea, but as an OAP without anything saleable the 2 grand ain't possible, not even in a year.
Good to see you and zafiro (sorry I didn't welcome you yesterday but I got up, coughed, spluttered, felt ill and went back to bed!), mist people try for 7 lb but obviously as you get closer to your goal weight that might be harder so rein back a bit
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Hi all  Hope you're all doing well? I'm still in my first week but things are going well apart from the terrible cravings that is! Nearly slipped yesterday but then remembered my mantra - Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels - and managed to resist! :T Think that this has been such a shock to my system that I am losing lots this week (mostly retained water I know) but that will settle down to 1 or 2 lbs a week after this one but the initial loss is really helping to motivate - YAY!
2012 is gonna be great is I can stick to this, hope you are all motivated to feel great in 2012 too. :beer:The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.

Finally did my weigh in this morning as I didn't have time yesterday morning, I haven't lost anything  I had a fairly good week with food, did a small amount of exercise (which is more than the none that I usually do) and whats more I haven't a single drink since NYE seeing as I would normally have a glass a wine most evenings and more at the weekend I thought this on its own would result in a weight lose. I'm really gutted and I think I will find it difficult to stay on the wagon for the next few days

Bluebellbunny I like your mantra I might have to nick that maybe it will help0 -
aaargh! I'm soo cross with myself. Been training hard last few days then ruined it today by stuffing myself silly:mad:
No doubt all of the 2lb loss will be back on if not more.
Will start again tommorow. Too scared to get on the scales.
on a positive note-most of the food was healthy. Just masses of it and only had about a handful of dark choc chip. Thought i had got rid of all the chocolate in the flat but somehow still managed to find the drinking chocolate when the cravings started.
Well done everyone who have had more sucess than me:o0
