    well done to everyone....i'll be happy if i stay the same this week, still have some non healthy stuff left in the house after the festive period which had to be eaten ;)
    will weigh in on tues/wed and hope for the best lol
  • Hello everyone, hope you're all doing well :)

    Happy to say i am finally getting on track with the healthy eating! Starting back at the gym tomorrow so hopefully i will have some success this month :D
  • WI today and 3lbs off- hoping for a bigger week next week- may wait until next monday before weighing (Im an everyday weigher!)

  • Well despite my worries about my weekend at my Dad's (even with the trip to McDonalds we made) I'm still down this morning, in fact I've lost another half pound over the weekend:D. See McDonalds and Chocolate are clearly slimming;).
  • Ok first weigh in done and I am starting at 10st12lbs (152lbs) which imo isn't too bad, well not considering when I weighed myself Saturday night is said 11st4....what's that all about??? Anyway gonna take my measurements now and some photos in a bikini so I can do a before and after, just hoping that the 'after' isn't toooo far away! Am just aiming to get down to 9st7lb initially but more importantly to get some tone back to my body. Good luck all :p
