Because the whole waiting a week to find out thing really doesn't work for me, got back on my scales this morning. I lost 1.1 lbs since yesterday;), yes I know it doesn't really count because it's one day's fluctuation but still... it makes me feel better.:D Will only add to my signature once a week though I think to keep everything trackable.
Anyway I have fallen in love with spreadsheets so I have set up one where I can monitor my progress daily without constantly mucking about with my weight watchers settings.:jThere will be graphs.... yes I know I'm a sad hopeless case.0 -

no no.... i am the same.
I have a sheet for the weight loss and inch changes...
then another page to project time frames if i lose 2lbs a week.... and another one if I lose 3lbs a week...
and a chart to see all three at once...
and a sheet AND chart to show my inches as compared to my "aim" bodys and to calculate my waist to hip rratio to tr and emulate marylin monroe/bettie page.
yes spread sheets are amazing.
now if only the scales would behave.

Wow Perfectparadox you should lose some lbs doing all that hovering!! What about prawn pasta its not too bad for you and looks special.
I fry raw king prawns in a little bit of oil with some garlic and a sprinkle of chilli, then add a squirt of tomato puree fry for 1 min, then add a small splash of white wine (here does lie a problem as you then have a open bottle of wine which is always my problem!!) then throw in a few handfuls of spinach or rocket to wilt, finally mix in the cooked spagheti and serve with a little bit of parmeasean grated on top. It's one of our favs and my 7 year old DD reguarly asks for it for her tea
although if I do it just for her I miss the wine and use a splash of the pasta cooking water, which you can do if you want to not risk opening a bottle of wine it is still nice but personally I don't think it's as nice. 0 -
I did weight myself today and I haven't lost anything since Wednesday but I am still waiting for the dreaded time of the month to start so I'm not too worried hopefully I will have lost some when it comes to weighing day next Wednesday

Today I will be doing lots of house work as dear brother #2 is coming home, and mother wants house to be spic and span, not sure why as he did live here for 20 years and knows though clean not always tidy.
So, to the tune of some punky metal and rock pop I will be
Hoovering all Landings and brushing down All stairs (3 floor house) and hoovering through downstairs + sweep and mop tile floors in kitchen.
as "reward" mother will purchase me ingrediants so that I can cook myself and darling BF and nom nom dinner tonight.
My question to you dear MSE'ers.... what to cook? Need it to be healthy and good, but also nommy and treaty.
ideas?
Love love
(ps. Today I managed to pay all but £1.34 of my redit card off! £1.34 in debt. WHOOOOOOO:j)
Hmm salmon with lots of healthy veggies and some new potatoes?

The other night I did something similar. Grilled some mini chicken fillets and mushrooms on the old George Foreman grill, cooked some spaghetti, mixed them together with a couple of handfuls of spinach, tablespoon of extra light Philadelphia and a teaspoon of green pesto. Ended up with a lovely cheesy, herby pasta dish that was gorgeous and reminded me of the pesto pollo dish from pizza express but like half the calories!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170
