Evening all!
A good day today - had leftovers for lunch (thai green curry... ok so not super healthy due to the rice and coconut milk, but lots and lots of veg and it's really filled me up). I'm massively bloated though.. I feel bigger than ever... could this be due to a diet change?
Ran out of cereals which was a blessing as after running them through the calorie counting app... they were calorific! I like super duper quick breakfast though, any tips? Any yummy cereals? Would go back to porridge again but it takes so flaming long to cool down!
Am about to start dinner, got some root vegetables reduced in Tesco which is a bonus and hopefully sending me on my way to 5 a day!
Good luck all... hope it's gone well for you too.
Lulubella
PS Still no exercise yet... tomorrow, I promise

Started doing 30 Day Shred again and after 2 days my legs are killing me! Next week I want to start C25K again so I might alternate that one day with 30DS the next day.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

Spent this afternoon in town. At least 90 minutes of brisk walking between banks, post office & various shops all on different sides of town. It's not a work out but I think that'll work as my exercise for today.:j
Still hungry after dinner, but have added up my day and still have 4 of my daily propoints remaining
so some of the light snacks I bought the other day might just sort me out.

Ruby - I am with you on both of those. 30DS is an absolute killer! I ought to do it again. Are you past the first stage yet?? She's such a ***** I find myself swearing at her, but it certainly works.0 -

I have never got past Level 1! And I'm too scared to just watch Levels 2 and 3 before I get to them. I'm at work and my legs have well and truely seized up!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Morning all. Today I am 143 1/4 Lb which is nearly a 2lb loss this week;) So I am really pleased. Especially as I forgot to weigh myself before I had my morning cup of coffee.
I haven't been especially good this week as I have been feeling a bit down in the dumps...being back at work and my son getting a rejection letter for Uni.( I know it isn't the end of the world but I think it is harder being the mum sometimes rather than the student!) I think being back at work I am less likely to snack so that has probably helped.
lulubella27 I too teach in a secondary school but except for a couple of sixth form lessons I never sit down anyway(science..always moving around to stop them burning themselves or someone else.) However I put on weight over the holidays and I am sure I was sitting down more than normal at home.
Onwards and downwards everybody.Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -
Morning Morning
Today I will be doing lots of house work as dear brother #2 is coming home, and mother wants house to be spic and span, not sure why as he did live here for 20 years and knows though clean not always tidy.
So, to the tune of some punky metal and rock pop I will be
Hoovering all Landings and brushing down All stairs (3 floor house) and hoovering through downstairs + sweep and mop tile floors in kitchen.
as "reward" mother will purchase me ingrediants so that I can cook myself and darling BF and nom nom dinner tonight.
My question to you dear MSE'ers.... what to cook? Need it to be healthy and good, but also nommy and treaty.
ideas?
Love love
(ps. Today I managed to pay all but £1.34 of my redit card off! £1.34 in debt. WHOOOOOOO:j)I Love My Library....when I finish/don't like a book, no one gets upset when I return it!Starting 2107lbs this month = 5.5Total loss = 5.5Too many UFOs to count:EasterBun0
