Am shocked at currently weighing 12st 2lb....the heaviest I've EVER been
All my own fault, probably put on at least half a stone since beginning of December !!!
Anyway, another good tip is my fitness pal, an app for your phone. You can enter how many calories you need per day to get the loss you want, what you eat and the exercise you do, it works it all out and even gives you a nice graph of calories consumed and used, and of your weight.
Good luck everyone x
Welcome to the group (and my phone is so old it doesn't do apps

Did a weigh in this morning was expecting to see the same weight as always as I have been stuck on exactly the same weight for months and was surprised to find out I have lost 1lb over Christmas :j I have no idea how I managed that as I had a lot to drink over the Christmas week but I did manage to avoid chocolate so I'm happy at a weigh in for a change :T0

My start weight is 187lbs, ideally I'd like to get down to between 150-160lbs but we'll see how January goes first

Just attempted to do Jillian Michaels 30 DS after a long break, but only managed 15 minutes of Level 1 before thinking I was going to have a heart attack! I just weighed myself- previously thought I was putting my weight at worst case scenario but I'm heavier than I thought. 158.8lbs which works out to 11 stone 3 lbs.
Sooooo I'm not going to feel down about it I am gonna get my butt in gear.
Had a slip up food wise with getting a footlong meatball sub. I knew at the time I should have got a 6inch but weny for it anyways. I put it in myfitnesspal and decided to counter it with exercise so have just completed 50 mins of zumba on the wii (from lovefilm) so now I have an additional 125 calories left. Think a lot of this will be trying to up mu exercise as I love food far too much.
Keep up the motivation all :0)First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).

Have been pretty good today, save for a few crackers and a fried egg this morning. Had a baked potato with tuna, cheese and lots of salad for dinner and then spent 30m on the wii fit and did two songs on just dance.
Good start hopefully - hope everyone else is getting on ok!

My mum called last night to tell me that one of our dogs has died. He was a 15 year old boxer and had been poorly so it was kind of expected but still horrible. So that was that, big portion of rice pudding and some chocolate biscuits! Plus I didn't feel like doing any exercise. Bad start! 0 -
