Well after a very bad first day of trying I was still a little naughty yesterday (got some Cadburys Fastive Friend biscuits sitting in the cupboard waving at me whenever I open the door! lol)

My daughter has rediscovered Just Dance so I am doing some of that with her after school, as again when hubby gets in (he is on diet aswell).

Even with a slightly bad day yesterday, I still managed to loose half a pound, so hapy about that - hopefully that is motivation to keep being good :)
Trying to regain my comping mojo

    Hi,
Can I join in again? I started last month but didn't get very far, I now feel it's now or never.

Started off the week great and was being so good yesterday then I stupidly picked up a reduced box of Fesitve Friends in Sainsburys and those things are additive I must of eatten 3/4 of the box :O

DD is at her dads tonight I WILL use the dance DVD I had forgotten I had, only discovered when I was sorting DD's rather large DVD collection!!! I said I would use the time she went to her dads to exercise a lot last year and I don't think I did it once but more determined this time :D

I discovered there are only 35 calories in an after eight mint so I allow myself 2 in the evening.

Now that's interesting! I have a box stashed in the attic leftover from Xmas - they may be the best option when nothing but chocolate will do.

Well, its been exactly a week since I started back on the straight and narrow and the scales this morning said....... 4lbs lost !!!:j:j:j:j Hurrah!
I must admit that I have celebrated with a school dinners pudding (small portion of apple crumble and custard) (I'm a teacher) but am now back on the wagon.

3lbs to go this month (around 8-10 in total)......

    .

I run out of them now :(

I have been told by my friend who is a PT that a little of what you like is good in moderation as can help stop you craving and going overboard.

If you like chocolate have a small piece a day just to get rid of the craving feeling.

Slimming world diet works on the same basis where you're allowed syns.
