I have to say I was at a well known shoe shop buying school shoes and the ticket system was in place .... except no one said anything and the machine wasn't in a visible place, it was just that a number was called - I quickly asked about and found the machine. Next person walks in and again no one says anything - so I pointed it out. So ticket machines only work if they are properly placed or people are directed to them.

I can't bear queuing it is torture - proper agony x

sum1 tried that behind us and in front of a woman who was tending to her baby, lets just say ma mum told her about herself. LMAO! you have to be direct with these ppl.

LOL @ anyone who queues up 6 hours to spend their money!!! They must have a whole toolbox of screws loose thats all I can say.

It is not an idiotic comment at all. Chances are the staff are too busy to see what is happening in the queue. Who are the "fools" you are referring to?
