Here is my progress on my Angel Stocking
DSC03312 by stitchyfeather, on Flickr
I have put her away safely while I work on another (non XS) stitching project which has a more pressing deadline
It's on sparkly evenweave but you can't really see that in the photo
And this is the card for my friend who has just moved house

Not getting as much stitching done as I had hoped in front of the Olympics - I keep stopping to watch the sport on the TV instead of just listening:D
Hope everyone had a good weekend and will have a great week ahead0 -
I have got July!:T
One of my fb friends spotted my MSE cafe post and sent it
I have started stitching, got 3 fairies done and a lot of the border in place.
Really appreciate if anyone else can help
I have a fair few, I will have a look and see what boyish ones I have.
lmao, thanks - better not let hubby see that, he will say it proves the living room doesn't need redecorated :rotfl::rotfl:
Sounds like you've had a rubbish morning though, hope you're ok
Hello- I noticed you're looking for the fairies- I only have sept and oct fairies and want to make a calendar and set of cards with them- I would be really very grateful if you could send me any you may have that I am missing!!!!

Hi Sarahbunny the cafe is all too wary of copyright and some members may not take kindly to someone expecting people to send them things without so much of an introduction (or a please and thank you).
Many issues of magazines are available on backorder from the publishers.
If you are here to stay please pull up a chair and have a cuppa and give us some more info about yourself and your stitching exploits.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -

Hi guys, great updates and framed pieces
I only frame stuff myself, i bought a custom sized frame for my african lions and was going to get one for Czar, with the mount it'll cost £25 delivered which is cheap but i'll wait a while and get BD's frame at the same time. All my projects are too big for standard frames, i think i need to pick different designs :rotfl: Time for a BD Update, more blue done you might get to see his face this year MIGHT

Soulie. Nice stash!
Sweetcarer. Lovely baby stitch.
FOS. Nice stocking progress and 'New Pad' card is cute.
Nmm. Nice progress.
I have spent this morning dithering over my new wording. Jeeze I make things hard for myself!!
I decided to keep the same font style but then couldn't make the word 'please' look right so decided to change font completely. I have gone for a font that uses whole x stitches so while some words end up longer than the original, others are shorter so should all work out in the end. Main thing is they won't overlap the edges of the design.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Afternoon all,
Found the perfect piece to stitch whilst watching the Olympics, "Keep Calm and Carry On" has whole blocks of the same colour, so no having to keep checking the chart and crossing stitches offIt's about 3/4's done, will try and post a pitcture later.
Nearly got to the end of sorting the ebay job lot, threads sorted into DMC/Anchor/Other, seed beads stored away in new storage case just the material and charts to go. There are a few bits and pieces that I don't want to keep (can I really justify a 4th needle/thread organiser :rotfl:) which I am happy for anyone on here to have for free, pm if you want a list, if they don't go within a week then I'll charity shop them.
Better get back to work.........
