Many issues of magazines are available on backorder from the publishers.
If you are here to stay please pull up a chair and have a cuppa and give us some more info about yourself and your stitching exploits.
Hello!!
I had to re register- oops!!
It's great to meet you.
I hope I am here to stay- its good to talk about and share things I enjoy with others.
What kind of info can I share? I'm 28, from Essex. I used to stitch years ago when shown by my mum but life and job interrupted my hobby -I'm a special needs teacher. I have been stitching again since last Easter when I decided to make my own mothers day and Easter cards and re caught the bug!! I love to make things for family and friends.0 -
LOL. They do look better as a set rather than individually tbh, although they would be handy to make up a last minute card because each one can be done in less than 2 hours
Ooh something for us that aspire your speed to time ourselves against, lol Still would prob take a week. lol0 -
Loving Mr. Grumpy, Soulie. Are the ones you're doing the Bothy Threads ones? If so, I may be able to help with some other ones - not promising though, my stash is a mess!!!Sarahstitch wrote: »I'm a special needs teacher.
Me too!
I've just stitched my name to go on a notebook as it was easy using one colour whilst watching the Olympics - seems as though we all had the same idea!
Not sure what to do now though as my Rat one is at a fiddly bit - I need a card for mum's birthday next week and I doubt that'll have nice easy blocks of colour (unless I stitch her initial and border it ....... hmmmm!)"There's only one way of life and that's your own" - Levellers

Soulie - Mr Grumpy looks good, how many of the Mr Men do you plan to stitch?
I'd like to stitch them all eventually. These first three I am doing for charity though, but I might have to do a set for myself, maybe put them all together on one piece thoughfroddington wrote: »Loving Mr. Grumpy, Soulie. Hi all
I suffered with stress/depression a while ago and I though this would really help to chill out doing in front of the tv & also stop me snacking.
Welcome to the Cafe Faith. Looking forward to seeing your update pics of Titanic. I used to to think that stitching stopped me from snacking but since then I have become very good and multi-tasking
