I had to re register- oops!!
It's great to meet you.
I hope I am here to stay- its good to talk about and share things I enjoy with others.
What kind of info can I share? I'm 28, from Essex. I used to stitch years ago when shown by my mum but life and job interrupted my hobby -I'm a special needs teacher. I have been stitching again since last Easter when I decided to make my own mothers day and Easter cards and re caught the bug!! I love to make things for family and friends.

Me too!

I've just stitched my name to go on a notebook as it was easy using one colour whilst watching the Olympics - seems as though we all had the same idea!

Not sure what to do now though as my Rat one is at a fiddly bit - I need a card for mum's birthday next week and I doubt that'll have nice easy blocks of colour (unless I stitch her initial and border it ....... hmmmm!)

Hiya, yep they are the Bothy Threads ones, would be great if you could help out, if you can, but there is no rush! Plenty on my to do list lol

BTW. I realised after I posted last that I said I was doing Mr. Happy next, bust I was mistaken, it's Mr. Mischief! I should have read what it said on the front and not assume it was Mr. Happy going by the picture lol

morning everyone hope all is well, no x stitch yeaterday spent the evening make felt bags one for dd and one for dn for xmas and i will fill it with hairbands and girlie stuff from the pound shop, if anyone wants to see pics i will post them, i have also made a fishing record book for one of my brothers for xmas so im really getting in the xmas spirit this week!

I'm doing pretty good and I'm proud to say my back is almost as neat as the front (my nan always used to pick me up on that).

Love this idea. Think it would be fab pressie for OH Dad, any advice, pics etc pls. Not a clue where to start, other than a fishy image on front, lol
