    Welcome back caroline :hello:

    Welcome clarissa and leemina

You definitely earned some stitchy time after all that hard work shelly

Hope you all had a lovely day with the birthday celebrations Louise. On the subject of stitching the gridlines - I've only done it once and totally messed up my stitching, so much so in fact I go so fed up with it I threw it away. I haven't bothered doing it again since. Am stitching SB in 10 x 10 blocks and so far so good ............... :D

Lovely to see you back with us AM and sorry to hear that you have been have a rather tough time. Hope things improve for you very soon.

Hope your little one is feeling better today maria.

Good luck with St. Petersburg Mags_cat

Managed some stitchy time this afternoon and an hour or so this evening. Can anyone remeber when Rolf Harris used to ask 'Can you tell what it is yet?' well SB looks like that and probably will for quite sometime yet. :D

Will have to take some time out from SB as I need some milestone birthday cards doing for Sept and Oct (30th, 60th and 80th). Will get some old mags out for inspiration.

    Take care everyone,

Hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend?

I started sorting out the job lot last night, I have put some duplicates, etc, on the facebook page if anyone wants to take a look (or if anyone knows any charities who can make use of these? Don't want any money for them).

did i mention you can now go for holidays in my old student house?? I would LOVE to do that but tis pretty expensive as it houses 8. Still may have to do it just for the memories (or our stitchy weekend??)

I'm still catching up but which house was your student house? I was in the Crescent and then April Cottage in my final year.

Hi, I looked, but couldn't see anything on the fb page, could you please tell me what you have as I am currently collecting a stash for my charity stitching for this year and next, hoping to get started on my charity stitching soon :T

In other news, 3 Flower Fairy kits arrived today (for personal stash), just waiting on a tiger, dolphin and 2 Winnie the Pooh kits to come, plus 3 Mr. Men kits for the charity stash!

It took me AGESSSSSSSS to wind the 150 threads on to bobbins the other night! But at least it's done now!

Here is Red Riding Hood all kitted up (bar 3 or 4 threads, was sent one wrong thread and must not have ordered the others lol)
Also got the new eagle & flag kitted up minus the fabric as I have some hand dyed on layaway. Got some birthday money today so will be using that towards my layaway stash :T
