No, I don't understand it. I haven't actually enjoyed this series - I have found the contestants annoying and the tasks ok but not great. I think my favourite task is the one where they have to source the 10 products.
At least if they are chatting and not running around like mad idiots then I can concentrate on my stitching and not worry about missing the good bits. In the usual episodes, by the time they have done the catch up from last week, the actual time for the task isn't given very much airtime which is a shame.0 -
A friend posted this on fb, part of a longer dong, don't know author due to odd formatting thing obscuring it.

Sweetcarer - good progress on your pieces.
Mags_cats - Tenby Harbour looks fab. I don't think the cost of framing is bad - in fact I'd say compared to what I've been quoted which was £100+ for my Lavendar & Lace mother & child, I'd say the price was good. Where did you get it framed (I live fairly close to Birmingham so may be able to use the same framers). If you prefer to Pm me I don't mind.
No stitching done here, I've been to a family wedding this weekend. Managed lots of cuddles with Charlie whilst the Best Man (Charlie's Daddy) was making his speech and his Mummy was managing to eat something - really lovely.
I've managed to sort my floss tonight for my "Marriage" design, will get it started this week.I won't be posting for about a week as I am goingaway to Devon in my Dads caravan for the week. Hope everyone has a good week. Will catch up next week.Cross Stitch Cafe Member #59 :j

You can manage your subscription online but you need to register for this - and I think you will need your subscription number (found on the envelope the mag comes in?) Alternatively phone up or :money: I would e-mail them
ETA I have to say I have never found Origin's online subscriber page very user friendly or easy to log into.0 -

a lot of annoying characters this year definatly! I like the 10 item task too. everything seemed a bit too basic! think out of the last 4 the right person won it.

I use Whitworth's. Their website is a bit basic, but they are brilliant at what they do. I have had 10+ items framed by them in the past four or five years - mostly cross stitch, but some ordinary pictures too and they are always extremely well finished.
Thank you everyone else for the kind comments - still haven't decided where it's going yet0
