Sk00bie - I will check for your email addy, will let you know if I can't find it.

Bobbis Mummy - Noahs Ark is looking good.

Aneres - my kit arrived today as well. Now have a problem with sending the money to him. I paid him via Paypal using a £5 voucher code from ebay. When he refunded me the £5 voucher had been refunded directly to ebay. does anyone know how I can get the voucher back so I'm not out of pocket??

Ruth-Honey - your kitten is lovely, so cute. My Mum adopted a ferral cat when it was a few months old and wouldn't even come in the house. In a very short time you wouldn't have known that, although it never actually lived in the house overnight.

Sorry if I have missed anyone elses updates. I worked as a Poll clerk yesterday, up at 4.50, started work about 6.25am got home at 10.30pm and in bed at midnight - so a long day. As there were 4 of us at our polling station I managed to get a lot of knitting (have finished the squares for my baby blanket - just need to sew it up) and finished the outlining on a birth announcement for my husbands nephews wife. Just need to add the weight, birth date and name. They haven't decied on name yet so may wait until they have so I can see how to chart in the best way. Will post a photo soon.

aneres. Glad to see your kit has finally arrived! Is it one big piece of fabric or 3 pieces? I'm soooo tempted, they look lovely.

It's in one big piece and there is a pic of it all in one and one with it separated in to three.

I would like to do it all in one but I think I may struggle with all the fabric.

Happy House will be finished this evening so it will probably be Sunday before I may a start on it.

    Skoobie- love your Blackbird Design.

Ailsb- so glad yours has arrived, has yours come in one big piece?

I would try and contact ebay, surely the voucher was credited back to your account.

seriously girls you aren't paying that seller??? They WILL have claimed the item as 'lost' thro royal mail and RM will have refunded it to them. They have no way of knowing it's actually arrived- at least wait and see if they contact you for the money. (sorry but thats what I'd do). As for the £5 I'm not sure sorry.

23rd that sounds a lovely holiday, keep thinking about taking the kids camping but the logistics of it with no car is not a good one.

Almost 3/4 of the way thro this page of princess palace so hopefully will have a new piccie in a few days.

Chickkywiggle - I was just in the process of getting a refund so I've let her know it's arrived.

I also had to sign for the package so I think they'll be able to back track.

If I'd had a refund and not had to sign for it I would've been tempted to just keep it.

Been a few days since I caught up so looking forward to sitting with a cuppa tomorrow and reading all your posts.

Have spotted the cat though !:heart::heart:

stitchy day planned for Monday although do hope to get some done tomorrow. Not sure about sunday.

Out of interest, does anyone know why a thread might get shut down ? I started a meal planning thread back along and was looking for it the other day. It wasn't in my list of threads I had started so was puzzled. Then I found the web-link but lo and behold it took me to the invalid thread message - contact administrator etc. Well I sent them an e-mail last week and I haven't had any reply. It was simply a thread that asked people how they meal planned and to share ideas etc. I'm guessing it got hijacked with spam or something. :( shame because it had some really fab ideas on it.

Might have to start another one.

What are people planning on stitching over the lovely long weekend ??? I think it might have to be my snoopy bookmark although I have itchy feet and feel like starting a large project ! :j

i was gonna reply fe but you'd found it.

mods just get arsey - they have been known to merge completly unrelated threads before and if they move the ongoing homebargains/ poundland threads to "gone but was it any good" 1 more time we'll scream!

I was browsing the food and groceries board to see if I could find where I had originally started the thread then I was doing the same on the old style money board where lo and behold I come across a meal planning thread which my thread had been merged with! I did wonder whether that might have happened. I'm glad I found it as I didn't get any notification the thread had been merged and no reply to my message last week.

In cross stitch news, Cross Stitch Crazy has dropped through my door today !
