Soulie, I love how the eagle turned out!
I managed a couple more rows on Santas List last night. Hopefully will make good progress over the weekend.

Wow Louise... that is a lot of work and all so lovely.
I'm feeling inspired to stitch again seeing that. I've spent ages making (or mostly ordering bits for making) jewellery in the last few weeks. The redundancies will be confirmed next week but I can't say I'm very confident as the boss hasn't given us any new work for weeks and I don't think that bodes well so if I lose my job I intend to make and sell jewellery online and at craft fairs. I have also been knitting and made one of those gorgeous ruffled scarves one evening last week.
But I still have a lot of stiching I want to get done, notably to Gorjuss kits that match the lovely Gorjuss canisters my mum bought me for Christmas. Must finish Kezias birth sampler first... though she is only 2 and a half lol.
Have a great day all, off again to find stock for my necklaces

Thanks all, going to do a bit now after showering while waiting for my car (its at the garage). Its the backstitch that is worrying me but I will do it slowly0 -
Ok...I'm kicked....I'm kicked!
Thank you, ladies. I needed that. Although I haven't done any stitching this evening ::koff, splutter, lemsip moment:: I have at least taken an update shot
Even I can see that it is coming on :T
Tenby Harbor looks great! The backstitch has really brought it to life and the colours look so bright and crisp!maria_and_the_imps wrote: »My little 5 year old girl imp just saw this picture and said ohhh I like that, bless her
Awww bless her
If you would like a copy of the fixed chart for her, you are more than welcome, just inbox me your email address. That goes for anyone else alsoOkay, I brought out my box of stitching to change it from the cardboard to a plastic box, and decided to lay it out and take a pic - going to send it in to WOXS and see if I can get a mention lol
I overestimated slightly......There are 91 finished pieces in total. I gave a few away to a friend last year, she got them framed for herself.
The oldest ones are two Winnie The Pooh designs from 1999.

OMG!!!! That is freaking AMAZING!!
I especially love the map, the lion's head (I have that one), all the tiger ones I could see and the statue of liberty (any info on that one please?)
But they all look brilliant!

Good Morning Everyone!
I've been a cross stitcher for a number of years now, but like some of you, have a few unfinished pieces lying around! lol
However, I've got the bug again after reading through this thread and would love to stitch one of my lovely Golden Retriever.
Could someone please advise me on how I can get his photo onto some cloth ready for stitching please?
Thanks a lot,
Sal
