Airer as much as possible reshuffled & 1 load on

Fold clean laundry x 1

S&S Bathroom
Tidy living room

Others
Clean & completely declutter Ds2's room all toy boxes sorted etc
Tidy desk drawers
File/ shred/ deal with paperwork
Inform who's left
Cupboard reshuffle
January budget
Pack & post sales
Clean out rabbits
HHI & Put away
Get stuff ready
Cancel ww
School transport form & pic

ok lol, im so motivated pmsl, will give the place a tidy up.

Pickup things and put away
Dw is already on a cycle
WM need to do a load
empty bins
Take cardboard to recycle bank
Take x4 boxes worth of carp to charity shop that ive de cluttered, oh will have to lift it out of the car for me.

S&S bathroom and kitchen- bathroom already done
Get rid of crimbo cards
Make an appointment to get hair done......oh treating me for my birthday on the 30th not had it cut for 2 years as been growing it out and afro/caribbean hair takes agaes to grow back now at shoulder length and needs some good scissor action on it.
Sort paperwork
Phone orange to sort out new contract for oh as finished contract i renewed mine to the £15.50 tariff from £40 per month will do the same for oh and will save us some money. (500 mins/unlimited text/200mb of internet) but we use the wifi at home.

Hopefully i can get this all done

Sounds like a good list - I'm trying to get the house in shape for the NY ... But I'm counting the whole weekend so its ready for the new working year.

Remember if you go to the charity shop to ask them whether they have gift aid forms so they can claim tax back on your donation

Curtain pole has been chopped and paint touched up so should be ready to put up soon... Better find the curtain rings and hooks...

Morning all

A lazy morning here so far (didn't get up with OH when his alarm went, which is usually fatal). We've had so many late nights and I love it, but got to get back into a more sensible rhythm.

I'll see what's important from the week's lists:
DSs to thank various people for their presents
Mop kitchen and bathroom floors
Hoover upstairs/bedrooms
clean bathroom
Clean WM/DW/TD filters and put through on a clean cycle
HHPaperwork - I know it's boring but it needs to be done
Wipe handles and switches, door, cupboards anything aim for 10
My list for this week:
work stuff (need write more detailed list for this)
write and start a declutter plan
HW with DS2 (make a plan)
tidying with DS2
find health ins claim form
fill in DS2's passport renewal form
plastic recycling to Mr A
laundry x6 - WIP
put clothes away
hoover stairs
shopping
deliver birthday cards

Next week:
phone Diamond
put all Christmas stuff away (Monday)
clean suite (Monday)
take suite to friend down the road (Wednesday)
hoover LR thoroughly (Wed)
wipe skirting (and walls?) (Wed)

Has anyone used broth mix? Does it make a soup in itself or do you use it as a base for other soups?

Morning all (well only just)

Still left for [STRIKE]tomorrow[/STRIKE] today:

Mop kitchen & bathroom floors - I will try to do this first thing before the kids surface from their (lovely clean ) pits
[/STRIKE] Did this at 830 while the house was snoozing

Have also managed to put away the mountain of ironed clothes from yesterday (the kids did theirs - eventually)

DH has escaped to the gym, DF has picked up her Next goodies & will see me later with any returns.

Gonna go and dry my hair & put some slap on as we're off to Ikea when DH comes back. Will tackle the rest of the list if I get time...


Get kids to clean their school shoes (rest of uniform is done)
Delete some emails, old links
Recycle any Christmas catalogues etc
HHPaperwork - I know it's boring but it needs to be done. All my insurances run out on the 1/1 so I need to sort these.

Write a list of presents that need thank you notes
Phone somebody you forgot to send to or to thank them for their gift
Count some blessings from the year gone by.

You're all doing very well. I have..........cleaned a toilet and put a milk bottle out.

Did chat to friend on phone for an hour and they may come along too this evening now.

Kids all going out in an hour so I'll have a good tidy up then ready for tonight.

So who's done the ironing challenge - I have - I'm updating the list
