Presumably you have had experience of bringing court action against Paypal and this has failed because of a problem with their address/company details?
It may be helpful for you to share your personal experiences to help the opening poster in this thread..0 -

See this post and the following posts in the thread for an explanation. But in short, look carefully through your User Agreement, which you will find makes no reference whatsoever to any of the three UK-registered companies at the above address... it claims that the Agreement is regulated by English Law but PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie was set up when the UK Paypal operation was moved out of the UK in 2007 so that it would not be a financial services company subject to formal FSA regulation.
You are simply wrong although I suspect I will never persuade you otherwise. I just want my case against Paypal to give hope to people who have been treated so shabbily by that Company and prove that Paypal can be held accountable and cannot hide as you are so strongly trying to make out.
I have served papers against Paypal and the case has been agreed by the District Judge. They have responded and they are going to face the music.
Either you work for Paypal or you are just not prepared to accept the fact that you may actually be wrong (it could be the case!!).

Well resolution seems at hand.
Paypal have offered to settle in full before the hearing.
As I have said in another similar thread, I get my money back but not my day in court.
As I also said, even sadder is that people will insist I would not have won or that I am making up the settlement offer. Well all I can say is if you think that then you probably should not be on this website as it is supposed to offer support and assistance rather than opinion based on guesswork.
At the end of the day, if you believe that Paypal has done wrong then go for it. They have settled probably because it was not thrown out by the judge at first hearing as they probably hoped for and it is not worth the hassle even turning up. Frankly I don't care. If they were so sure or I had no case then I would not have got my money back.
I will try and show a copy of what Paypal send (although our resident "experts" will no doubt insist I have made the document up myself) as and when it arrives.

BTW - Feel free to edit this post. LMAO0 -
Congratulations! Many companies will settle before it goes to court. I remember reading about the guy who had all his Tesco points removed and he succeeded in getting a cash settlement out of them at the eleventh hour, not once but twice. Most people just don't bother pursuing matters.0
